Breathtaking Oceanfront Views & Wrap Around Balcony

Please note: 98% of all booking request are accepted in less the 30 minutes.

This condo has comfortable furnishings for your Vacation stay! New Tile floors throughout, Contemporary lighting fixtures and Modern Decor & Furniture. The 6th floor offers an awesome ocean beach front view from the living room balcony. Master bedroom has a king size bed and the 2nd Guestroom has queen size beds while the 3rd bedroom has 2 Twin size beds. There are 2 full baths, a well equipped kitchen, dining area, LCD in the living area. No need to pack heavy. You will find almost everything you could possibly need - - beach chairs, beach toys, blender, dishes, ironing board w/iron, blow dryer, towels, and linens... You name it and we've provided it for your enjoyment. There is even a full washer and dryer in the unit. You will have free WIFI as well. Yes we have a elevator at the Sandcastles and the Sandcastles has outside surveillance cameras.

The pool is open from 9:30 am to 10 pm. Please note: if the outside temperature gets below 60 the pool will be shut down till the outside temp go’s back up above 60. Pool hours may change at anytime.

If you have to cancel your reservation we will give you a refund on your rental fee and cleaning fee if we can re-rent the condo for the same rates and dates, minus a $100.00 administration fee.

Beautiful condo/Great location!

This condo is beautiful, plus the owner provided many items other rentals don’t, from beach gear to laundry/kitchen supplies and so on. Owner was very easy to communicate with and accommodating. We’d definitely stay there again!

Fantastic Cocoa Beach stay

Amazing property with gorgeous ocean views! Enjoyed the sight and sounds of the waves every day of our stay! All the beach amenities, close to shopping and restaurants, nice pool, and fantastic beach access. Keith was great to work with as well. Condo was spacious for our family of four and appreciated by all!

Perfect Family Condo

We loved the condo! My husband and I booked this place for a family vacation. Our 14 year old twins each brought a friend. The teen girls loved the brach vibe. The boys enjoyed have their own twin bed and spent a lot of time on the large balcony. My husband set an alarm and woke up im the middle of the night to watch the satellite launch from the balcony. Beautiful views of the ocean. We had friends staying in a different condo at Sandcastles and they enjoyed hanging out with us in the spacious living room playing cards.

Enjoyable Cocoa Beach Condo

This condo has a beautiful beach- ocean view. The unit is spacious and clean. The owner, Keith, is very responsive to questions and assistance. Restaurants, shopping and things to do are all close by.

Great view

We spent 3 days enjoying the sun and surf. Great wrap around balcony with a view of the sunrise started our days. Nice condo on the corner of the building. Clean. The only thing was the jacuzzi wasn’t working. But that wasn’t such a big deal. We will be back.

Great beach vacation!

My family regularly visits the east coast a few times a year and we decided to stay at this condo for the first time. Wow, what a treat! The condo is very nice and super clean. It had an amazing views from the inside or you could enjoy them from the wrap around balcony. The host did a great job of communicating with us and making sure that we had everything we needed. In fact, the condo is extremely well appointed with all the kitchenware, toys, chairs, boogie boards, rolling coolers and just about anything that you might want for your beach vacation. We will certainly be staying here again!

Great Summer Getaway

The condo was great and as described. It was clean. Ac was nice and cold. Beds were comfy overall but a little firm for me. That’s all personal taste though. Pool was a little smaller than expected, but kids still loved it. View from main balcony was amazing. Kitchen was nice and updated. All appliances worked great. Loved the large granite island. If we come back to Cocoa Beach we would definitely stay here again.

Super Nice Condo in Great Location

We've stayed at Sandcastles several times and love it here. It has a very nice beach, pool, and is convenient to a lot of restaurants, shopping, and entertainment nearby. The condo was beautifully decorated with nice comfortable furniture, very clean, and updated appliances. The condo was decorated more like a home. This condo is a 3-BR unit and all of the beds were comfortable. The unit was just as described in the listing. We found no surprises when we arrived. We really loved the view from this beach facing condo. The kitchen was very well stocked and very nice size for a family. The dining table was nice with 4 chairs. We were able to use a chair from the LR for our 5th person. The bathrooms were very nice with updated showers and plenty of outlets. The master bathroom shower was very nice and was very spacious. The only issue we had was a fire alarm chirping when we arrived. We called the manager late at night (about midnight). He promptly helped us and was very pleasant doing so. Our family really enjoyed this condo and we would highly recommend it to anyone.

Cocoa Beach Get Away

After 3 days at Universal Orlando, where better to find a relaxing beach, 85F ocean water, great food and beautiful sun and moon rises? The Sand Castle Condos. Our 6th floor Condo on the beach was the perfect place. I thought i was on a beach in Barbados, only they do not have rocket launches. If we had stayed a little longer we we might have witnessed turtle hatching on the beach!

5 ⭐️ all the way!

My husband, 2 adult children, 2 grandkids, and I just spent the best week at Sand Castle #609. The condo is lovely, and that view is EVERYTHING!! The condo is furnished beautifully and is equipped with nearly anything you could need or want. Keith checked in with us several times and even texted to let us know there would be a rocket launch. We will absolutely book this condo again!

This property is absolutely amazing! The view from room #609 is breathtaking! I will only stay here every time I visit from now on. The owner is so nice and helpful with any accomodations you need, but I can assure you you won't need any thing if you stay there. Fully stocked with everything you need. I highly recommend this condo!

Beautiful condo. Perfect for a family.

When we come back to Cocoa Beach I hope this property is available. Very well maintained and appointed condo with a beautiful view. Beds are comfortable, kitchen has everything you need to prepare family meals to eat on the patio looking at the ocean. The condo is clean and doesn't feel run down like many rental units do. Keith was easy to communicate with and checked in to ensure everything was good. Thank you for a great week!

Great Thanksgiving family getaway

Everything about this rental was 5 star! Exactly as advertised a perfect space for our group. Watched a launch from the spacious balcony, many walks on the beach, close to restaurants and plenty to do. Communication was great and check-in was super easy. Will stay here again when the opportunity arises wish we could have stayed longer this time!
