This Smoke-Free and pet free Condo has a beach style decor make over and it is bright and clean and with a nice office space. From the 2nd floor you get a nice direct ocean view from the balcony, living room and master bedroom window. Being on the second floor and only four steps away from the stairway you can use the steps if you want to save time and to dissent your self from others. But feel free to use the elevator if you want. Sandcastles has exterior cameras and we have a exterior door camera.

This condo is so well stocked you will think you are at home, no need to pack heavy.

The master bedroom has a king size bed and a spacious dressing and closet areas. While the 2nd bedroom has 2 queen size beds, there is even a Pack-N-Play crib for the really young ones.

Other Features are 2 full baths, a well equipped kitchen, dining area, Color TV's /DVD with expanded cable, and a small stereo in the condo, In this unit you will find almost everything you could possibly need, beach chairs, umbrella, beach toys, dishwasher, coffee makers, toaster, dishes, Margaritaville margarita maker, waffle maker, ironing board with iron, blow-dryer, towels, and linens. You name it and we’ve provided it for your enjoyment. There is even a full size washer and dryer in the unit. The pool is open from 10 am to 10 pm. Please note: if the outside temperature gets below 60 the pool will be shut down till the outside temp go’s back up above 60. Pool hours may change at anytime.

If you have to cancel your reservation we will give you a refund on your rental fee and cleaning fee if we can re-rent the condo for the same rates and dates, minus a $100.00 administration fee. Please note: a condo rental lease has to be signed and returned to me before your dates get locked in on my side.
