Relax and unwind in this spacious 3 bedroom unit located on a beautiful stretch of white sandy beaches, next to the famous Cocoa Beach Pier. Renovated in December, 2019 with a bright coastal style in mind, this condo features lots of space and amenities for the perfect vacation

- Massive 30ft balcony (spanning the living room & master bedroom) with high top table and chairs

- Two remodeled bathrooms (one with stand up shower the other with tub/shower)

- Please note that the daily pool hours are 8am - dusk. From 8am to 9:30am it is reserved for quiet adult swim time and 9:30 - dusk is for everyone.

Ron Jon's Surf Shop, Downtown Cocoa Beach, Kennedy Space Center, Brevard Zoo and much more are close. Disney and the Orlando Airport is 45 minutes away.

This property was excellent. The bedrooms were very comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked with everything we could need for a week. The access to the beach was on site and wonderful. AC worked great, thank God because it was needed. Other guest and residents were friendly. Shoping and local places to eat were great! Host was responsive when needed. We were able to see 2 shuttle launches; 1 at night & 1 during the day...Super cool. Only disappointment was the water pressure in the master bathroom. Overall, highly recommend. Will be back!

Great Beach Condo

We had a great time! We watched local fireworks from the balcony, played on the beach, and were able to explore the pier that was super close! It was a great place to stay! Short driving distance to Kennedy Space Center and not too far to the Orlando area! The condo was clean and comfy!
