Beautiful Oceanfront Condominium

This newly refurbished, ground floor, oceanfront condominium with newly installed plank tile flooring overlooks the heated pool and the ocean from the patio. Comfortable furnishings in this 1400-plus-square-foot unit make this the perfect place to bring your family as you enjoy a relaxing retreat. The completely furnished kitchen is upscale with white shaker cabinets, granite countertops,and full washer and dryer.

Master bedroom facing the ocean has a king-size bed and adjoining bath. The second bedroom is set away from third offering additional privacy.

The entrance from parking is just a few steps to your door and the kitchen. This, our second home, is in the Spanish Main Complex which has just undergone a $1,300,000 renovation. The beautifully maintained lawns, freshly-painted building with new roof and new patios make this the perfect place to rest, sun, and swim in the ocean.

This is a GREAT condo! Spacious with great furnishings and fully stocked with everything you need! There's a great pool and beach access is just short walk across the dunes. David was super attentive, too! Book this place ... you can't go wrong!

Condo was very lovely with stylish beach decor. The kitchen and bathrooms are excellently stocked with everything needed. Dave was excellent as he answered any questions I had quickly both before our arrival and during our stay.

This property was perfect! Location was great--ground level, walking distance to the heated pool and the beach! We got to see a launch from Kennedy Space Center! Quiet! It was very well stocked with all the necessities including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, detergents, kitchen utensils, and everything else one would need!Dave kept in touch with us if we would need anything.Would highly recommend this property!

Beach Getaway

The condo was perfect for our family. It was very clean and recently updated. The location was perfect for us. A short walk across the property to the beach. We were also able to walk to restaurants. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking to be on the beach.

Cocoa beach trip

Overall great experience from arriving to leaving - everything was effortless. There was always a spot or two left for parking when we needed it. The condo was stocked with all we needed in the kitchen and the garage included beach chairs and boards for our use. The condo was clean and spacious. The location was a short 3 minute walk to the beach and right next to the complex pool.

Family fun

This place was amazing for our family of 5 adults. We went with outlet two sons, 20 and 23 and a girlfriend and my husband and I. The place was plenty big for us all. The beach was super close and quiet. The owner had lots of beach stuff - chairs, towels and toys to make the beach time enjoyable. It was close to lots of amenities and the highlight for our kids was surfing at cocoa beach surf company. They had an hour lesson and had the boards for the rest of the day. It was at the cocoa beach pier which was about 7 minutes drive from the property. The rest of the time we hung around the condo and enjoyed the pool and beach. A great break for us all! I would definitely return!

Excellent property

Such good seating in the living room and dining room, and good beds. Everything was clean and very well appointed, especially in the kitchen. Good television, including Netflix (we've been in places that didn't have much more than the big three). There is excellent direct access to the beach, and the pool is clean and heated. The condo even has garage access, although we didn't need to use it.This was one of the best rentals we've ever stayed in, and we've been renting for 30 years both in US, Europe and Africa.
