Chateau by the Sea 204 is proudly owned by 'Stay In Cocoa Beach', the largest owner of premium beachfront vacation rentals on the Space Coast!

Unit 204 is right next to the World Famous Cocoa Beach Pier! The location simply cannot be beat! The Pier is great for people of all ages. Whether you are looking to fish, play beach volleyball or enjoy a nice dinner, drinks and live music, there is something for everyone. Bringing kids? You can visit the arcade or ice cream shop during the day, and go for a romantic dinner at night. You are also only a few minutes from the Famous Ron Jon's Surf Shop, which is a top local attraction.

This unit comes with everything you would need on a vacation such as free high-speed wireless internet, beach toys and accessories, linens, towels, a full kitchen, in unit washer/dryer and much more. You can comfortably sleep 5 people with a king bed in both bedrooms and a queen air mattress in the living room. The balcony is great given its Southern exposure, which offers a view of the ocean and the most sunlight! There are big glass sliding doors in the living room & master bedroom, both of which open up to separate balconies.

Chateau By The Sea is one of the few buildings with an oceanfront heated pool so you can swim and enjoy a great view of the pier and ocean. In addition there is a 360 degree roof deck which is perfect for viewing shuttle launches, sunsets or just sunbathing! This is the only complex in Cocoa Beach with a roof top deck that allows weekly rentals.

Loved the location. Pool was nice and had afternoon shade. My only complaint was the pool closed at 9pm to renters so that the permanent residents could have their privacy.

This property was a perfect location within walking distance to the pier, shops and restaurants. The rooftop gives a spot for beautiful view and the direct access to the beach was great. I love that the condo provided items for the beach.

Amazing Stay

The unit was clean and spacious. The beds were comfy and we had plenty of room to hang out inside. The roof top was awesome! The pool was great, bigger than pictures show. Had a great time with easy access to the beach. The grill area was wonderful, we cooked out and it was so nice to have that option.

The only downside was that we didn’t get to stay longer. Perfect location right on the beach with heated pool and outdoor games. Condo was spotless and had everything we needed! Communication with Zareh could not have been any better!

We stayed in 204 for our spring break getaway. Our daughter’s softball team was playing games all week at the USSSA complex in Melbourne.The unit and location were perfect for us. Loved the spaciousness, cleanliness, king size beds, two full baths, laundry in unit, full size fridge, and roof top deck (perfect for morning coffee). We enjoyed being right on the beach, and very close to the pier. Everyone (staff and other guests) were very friendly.

Great Launch View

This venue gave us a spectacular view of a Spacex launch. The rooftop deck was perfect for this and for just hanging out! There were high top tables and chairs as well as regular sized seating and ample room. The apartment was comfortable and nicely decorated. We felt safe there.

Great location & accommodations just as advertised. We all know sometimes things break contacted Zareh our air conditioner wasn't cooling. Zareh immediately responded and worked out a temporary fix and quickly had it fully operating. Perfect location, clean and really enjoyed the roof top to see the rocket launch! Highly recommend!

Overall was satisfied, short walk to beach and Pier and the rooftop was awesome. The place was pretty clean and had most everything we needed and we are not very picky. The only big complaint we had was the couch was broken and there just wasn't a comfortable place to sit and relax at the end of the day. We made due with it but when we got to our next rental property in Orlando the quality of furniture was clearly better. We enjoyed our stay loved the warmth of the pool and shuffleboard was fun.

Beach fun

Mostly satisfied with the unit. We had two bedrooms with two king-size beds, but they also advertised a sleeper sofa. When we pulled the sleeper sofa out, there was a note telling us that the sleeper sofa was broken, and there was an air mattress in the owners closet. We had an elderly person (76 years old) he was not physically able to sleep on the pullout sofa. Very disappointed that we did not know this while renting the unit because we would not have rented one with the option of sleeping on an air mattress.
