We had a lovely time! The place was exactly as listed, very clean and well stocked with everything you could need! Right on the beach with huge pool. Quiet neighborhood, but close to several fun attractions.

Great Stay.

Check in was very easy, parking was good the way the spots are numbered put us right in front of our door. A quick walk through the pool area to the beach. The pool was very nice and a little put area, they also provide everything you need from dishes, paper towels, couple beach towels, beach chairs. It was plenty of room for our family, we loved it!

Felt like home!

The unit was very clean and had all the amenities we needed for our week long stay. Management was readily available and responsive to communication when needed. The proximity to the beach was ideal, but when beach conditions weren’t so great the pool was heated and very clean. We will definitely stay again!

Cape Canaveral vacation

We really enjoyed our stay at Canaveral Tower. Very laid back beach community. Plenty of great places to eat & activities in the area. The condo was very nice. It was clean & well maintained, and the building was recently renovated. The condo was also supplied with beach essentials such as umbrella, chairs, beach towels, & a few beach toys. The entire process from booking to check-out was very simple & we had no issues during our stay. I would stay here again.

Excellent Property

Wasn’t sure what to expect as this was our first VRBO booking. Parking was well marked and located close to entrance. The condo was so much more than expected. Bright, spotless and well laid out. Comfortable couches and beds with plenty of pillows. Beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels were all included. I’m not one to leave reviews but this property absolutely exceeded our expectations. Will book again in the future. Spent lots of time at the pool and the beach. Kudos to our hosts.

Absolutely amazing and memorable

We were a family of 5 traveling with a puppy and upon arrival, right away, our rental condo felt amazing and very much at home. The view was spectacular from our balcony, which overlooked the heated pool and the ocean, both of which the temperatures were fantastic for being the end of December. The hosts of the condo spoiled us with having all household items we could need available, incredibly comfortable beds, including great options for the 3 kiddos. Ajd personally, the sunrises every morning from our balcony were unmatched and flawless every day. Overall, we weren't even out the door before subscribing to the newsletter to hopefully get more stays in the future. Cannot wait to stay here again. Thank you to the happy Palm stays hosts for such a memorable experience.

We spent 5-days of our March Break vacation at this great condo and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, the check-in process was seamless and stress-free, which we truly appreciated, after 2-days of driving!Being right on the ocean is spectacular. We were able to watch a rocket launch right from the beach! It’s close to the Kennedy Space Center, making it the perfect home base for space enthusiasts, as we spent 2 days there (one day was not enough).The condo was modern, bright, clean, and spacious. Having a fully equipped kitchen with all the appliances and a separate eating area made family meals easy. The layout was great as my daughter loved having her own bathroom and I liked having the 2nd TV so I could chill at night and watch sports, and my wife enjoyed the bedroom no-sports TV!The heated pool is a good size and was a big hit. We also appreciated the "beach essentials" provided, which made our trips down to the sand completely hassle-free.We loved the 20-minute walk up the beach to the Cocoa Beach Pier. The food at the pier restaurant was so good that we actually went back a second time! The condo is also conveniently located near great clothing and grocery shopping. We all got Ron Jon Surf Shop apparel.The building itself is in a quiet neighborhood, and everyone we encountered was incredibly friendly. We’ll definitely be back!
