A desk with computer monitor, keyboard & mouse (for use w/ your laptop), complimentary High Speed Internet service & an all-in-one scanner/printer are available to print out boarding passes or an email, as you gaze out at yet another stunning view of the ocean, this being a northern view.
Full walk-in closet provide room for hanging clothes & organizers easily hold small hats & what-nots. A full supply of beach toys--sand drills, umbrellas, large beach towels, several sizes of flip-flops/beach shoes, 2 adorable pink alligator beach towel clips to secure your towels on your beach chairs or directly into the sand.

Restaurants--many providing delivery--and Putt Putt Golf are within walking distance as well as many shops; Its your choice--you can have it all! And the Space Rockets are launching so often, you'll likely catch several launches, either from my condo's entrance walkway or walk 1 minute across boardwalk to the beach for a spectacular view.

The time commitments of my speaking career don't allow me to visit the pristine, sandy shore of Cocoa Beach nearly enough! And my place offers such solace and relaxation, in addition to its prime location, that I choose to share it with responsible renters, while I'm 'on tour'. Old and young, family and friends have all visited and wished they could stay longer. The beauty of enjoying the renovated furnishings as well as views of water from every window and balcony is unsurpassed. Walk across the street to the newly expanded Publix, Dollar Tree, as well as the local seafood restaurants, and come home to relax in our heated pool, or on our pristine beach.
Why they chose this property
Cocoa Beach is close to Disney and NASA for entertainment, yet far enough from everything to provide peace and rejuvenation on a private beach with unending views of the Atlantic Ocean and the famous Cocoa Beach surf & sand. The additional Rocket launches from Space X & others besides NASA offer a feast for the eyes AND ears, especially if you watch from the beach; it's breathtaking e v e r y time...
