Summary:

Pardon our Noise. Beginning 4/15/2026, Cape Winds Resort is undergoing exterior renovations 8am to 5pm, Mon-Fri. As such, pool/spa and other amenities outside your unit may be intermittently unavailable. We believe the pool/spa will be open daily after 5-10pm and all day on weekends. This is not guaranteed. Pricing discounts are reflective of this inconvenience.



The Space:

This 2B/2B unit has both pool and ocean views from the balcony. The updated kitchen features Granite countertops and a breakfast bar. The living room offers a sofa sleeper and has ample natural light from the sliders to the balcony. The Master bedroom features a king bed and flat-screen TV while the en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower.  The guest bedroom has two twin beds and a flat-screen TV.  The guest bathroom is equipped with a tub/shower combo. This unit has a washer/dryer. Cape Winds Resort complex features a heated pool, hot tub, sauna, basketball/tennis and pickleball courts. Come enjoy the best Cape Winds has to offer!

Great location at the beach

The 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom condo was perfect for our needs. The kitchen was well stocked. There were plenty of towels and bedding. Cute place I would stay here again.

Look no further

We were looking for a quick family getaway, and I'm so glad we came across this gem! This place is everything you could want, at an affordable price! The apartment was clean and spacious! Plenty of room for our family of 5 to be comfortable. The hosts have excellent communication! They are friendly and welcoming and I appreciate that they sent a list detailing a variety of places we could try while visiting here. My family really enjoyed the pool, hot tub, sauna, and proximity to the beach! Oh, and we love pickleball so we definitely loved having courts right there! This was truly one of the best rental experiences we've had and we can't wait to come back! Go ahead and book, you won't be disappointed!

Great location and we enjoyed the hot tub and how quite and private the beach felt. No issues, and host was very accommodating and brought us a pack n play for our baby to use. We went to the space center, zoo and cocoa beach pier. It was very central to everywhere we wanted to go and other condo guests/owners were friendly.
