Welcome to your sunny beachside escape in Cape Canaveral! This cozy 1-bedroom, 1-bath poolfront cottage is perfect for a relaxing getaway. Set on the ground floor of a charming 3-unit property just over a block from the beach, you'll love the easy walk to the sand, access to a private pool shared only with the cottages and main house on site, and all the thoughtful touches that make this space feel like home.

The cottage features cheerful coastal décor, a comfortable king-size bed with a 10” memory foam mattress, cotton-spun sheets, and a waterproof mattress cover. The living room offers a futon for extra sleeping space, along with fresh bedding, a 40" TV with DirecTV, and fast Wi-Fi. The bathroom has a beautifully tiled walk-in shower, and we provide plenty of towels, including beach towels, for your convenience.

The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, utensils, and a drip coffee maker—everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. We also provide cleaning supplies and starter paper products. Please note: we provide hospitality-sized soaps and starter essentials to get you going, not full-size toiletries. You'll have your own reserved parking space, and just outside your front door is your private sunroom overlooking the pool—a special bonus unique to this unit.

Step outside to enjoy the peaceful recreation area, grill with gas and charcoal options, and a guest-only laundry room with two washers, two dryers, and provided laundry supplies. It’s like staying at a bed and breakfast—only you make breakfast your way!

The cottage is located in a quiet beachside neighborhood just over a block from the sand. The beach is an easy walk, or you can park for free at the public beach access just down the street. Cocoa Beach Pier, Port Canaveral, and the Kennedy Space Center are all nearby, with even more fun a short drive away in Melbourne, including the Brevard Zoo and cultural experiences. A car is recommended for the area, but local taxis, Uber, and the Space Coast Area Transit bus line are all accessible.

We’re proud to be a dog-friendly property and welcome up to two well-behaved dogs under 60 lbs. A pet fee applies, and we ask that pets be house-trained, vaccinated, and treated for fleas and ticks. Dogs must be kept off the furniture, out of the pool, and leashed in common areas. Please rinse off sandy paws before heading inside and clean up after your pup. Per local laws, dogs are not permitted on the beaches during lifeguard hours unless they are service animals. Early mornings and evenings are the best times to walk your dog like the locals do!

Guests are responsible for taking trash to the bins on the south side of the building. Trash pickup is Tuesday and Friday mornings—please help us keep the space tidy and bug-free by ensuring the bins are placed roadside. Only flush provided (Charmin) toilet paper—nothing else! That means no wipes (even if “flushable”), hair, grease, or toys. If the system backs up, guests are responsible for the cost of repairs.

Please clean the grill after each use, including emptying the grease tray and replacing it with one from the storage area. The pool is open from sunrise to sunset, and we ask all guests to help maintain a peaceful atmosphere—no loud music, late-night swims, or parties.
