Set in a well-kept suburbia neighborhood just a few blocks away from some of the best surfing areas in Florida, you will enjoy all the modern conveniences in this charming, well-maintained 60's built home. It is easy to enjoy all the colors and art that bring the surfer life right in the door.
The lounging leather sectional in the living room is the perfect spot to roost while you watch your latest video or surfing "footage" on the 52' large screen television with surround sound. With the bar & fully equipped kitchen no more than 3 longboard lengths away, you know you'll never miss out on whatever satisfying meals get placed on the dining table.
Each large brightly decorated bedroom touts a queen size sleigh bed donned in fresh 100% cotton sheets, fluffy pillows and a feather comforter, a full size closet, nightstand and dresser.
After a day of ocean surfing or playing in the backyard pool, take a hot shower or bath in the full bathroom. You'll find everything you need to keep you fresh for your next adventure.

Captain Rick was an amazing host, from the moment we arrived he reached out to see that we had everything we needed. Each morning started with a message of interest in how our stay was going. Great location, the house was very welcoming. Beautiful backyard with pool. Would love to visit when it was warm enought to use.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was in a quiet neighborhood convenient to beaches, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. The house was clean with everything we needed. Very nice pool as well. Capt. Rick was a great host and checked in with us periodically to make sure our stay was going well and provided updates on when to expect pool service, etc. Would stay here again!

Relaxing Paradise Getaway

The property was everything check in was flawless just don’t get locked out without remembering the code! The pool was so nice, the massage chair we all loved! The kitchen has everything u have at home u only need to bring food to cook frfr! The host is awesome and very reachable at all times that was the best feeling per my cousin! We stayed an extra day because it was so nice and relaxing!

It was an amazing stay. The pool was just so great! My family also enjoyed the massaging chair. It’s definitely a perfect spot to stay for Cocoa beach. It’s close by lots of shops and the beach.

Great spot located in a quiet neighborhood but very close to everything u need and activities in the area. Pool area in the back off the kitchen is a great spot to hang out after the day. Some great art as well.
