We enjoyed our pre-cruise stay! It was exactly as described, clean and very spacious for our family of 7. Communication was a breeze with Jason and Louise. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you can imagine to prepare a meal for your family! It was walkable to many activities and restaurants. We walked to Cocoa Beach Pier and Ron Jon! We will definitely be back again!

This is a beautiful home near Cocoa Beach pier! The AC was nice and cold and the heated pool was nice and warm. Walking distance to cocoa beach pier and other great local restaurants. We stayed here before heading out on a family cruise and it was a smooth booking, relaxing stay and put us in vacation mode for sure.

My family had a get together in Cocoa Beach and this was the perfect place to stay for a big group including grandmom and teens. It was a short stay and could not enjoy the pool. We will definitely come back with more time. Thank amigos!!

From the moment I booked this the owners were amazing. They had great communication and stayed on top of everything until we got there. They checked in to make sure everything was good and if we needed anything. The place was fully stocked with anything you need and was beautiful. I appreciate the owners making sure we had everything we need and checking on us before during and after we checked out. Cannot wait to go on another cruise and book here again !

Jason and Louise were excellent and attentive to my questions and concerns. The house was a great location close to the beach, spacious for our large group. Plenty of parking spaces. We were thrilled with the amazing selection of pots, cutlery, cups dishes and serving platters. Best of all the pool was amazing. Will plan to book again.

Hands down one of the best places our family and friends have ever been too. The house was spotless and the hosts thought of all the little details to make guests feel at home. We traveled with 7 kids and 4 adults and there was plenty of room for all. So close to everything and some much to do in the area. We loved our short time here and we would definitely come back in the future.

We were 5 adults and 3 kids and this space was absolutely amazing for us! So much room! Jason and Louise had the space ready for our late night arrival. It felt like we were staying with friends as the house was well stocked with everything we needed. The bottled water after a long day of travel was extremely appreciated. The pool was a huge bonus. The entire home was extremely clean. Walking distance to the aerial park, mini golfing, beach and restaurants. Would absolutely recommend and stay here again! Thank you Jason & Louise!
