Beachside cottage newly renovated. East of A1A within walking distance to the beach, about a 3 minute walk. Beautifully decorated with all new furnishings and amenities. Three bedroom; one king, two queens, and inflatable comfy queen mattress. Two full baths. Flatscreen smart TV's in each room, high speed WIFI. New washer and dryer in laundry room.
32 x 18 heated pool, patios, lounge chairs, plenty of outdoor seating. Tropical backyard, fruit trees, herb gardens and plenty of room for entertaining.
Less than 1,000 ft to beach located in Avon by the Sea, between Cocoa Beach and Cape Canaveral. Within walking distance to entertainment and restaurants. Beach amenities provided including beach towels, beach wagon, beach chairs, beach umbrella, cooler along with two beach cruisers. Large driveway with sufficient private parking. Weekly and monthly rates available.

We truly had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises. The host was easy to communicate with and always quick to respond. The cottage had everything we needed with wonderful amenities and all the little extras we could possibly think of. We were especially happy with the extra items for beach use (wagon, umbrella, chairs, sand buckets, boogie board, etc). We loved that it was within walking distance to so much!

We had a wonderful family vacation at this beautiful house! The location is absolutely perfect - walk to the beach for sunrises and sunsets, plus play in the amazing pool in between! The home and location are perfect for a vacation in Cocoa Beach all amenities are nearby and the beach is at the end of the street. We really enjoyed the heated pool. One small housekeeping issue when we arrived which was resolved very quickly, by wonderful communication with the owner and a response crew that were instantly available. I recommended this place.
