Three bedroom; one king, two queens, and inflatable comfy queen mattress. Two full baths. Flatscreen smart TV's in each room, high speed WIFI. New washer and dryer in laundry room.
32 x 18 heated pool, patios, lounge chairs, plenty of outdoor seating. Tropical backyard, fruit trees, herb gardens and plenty of room for entertaining.
Less than 1,000 ft to beach located in Avon by the Sea, between Cocoa Beach and Cape Canaveral. Within walking distance to entertainment and restaurants. Beach amenities provided including beach towels, beach wagon, beach chairs, beach umbrella, cooler along with two beach cruisers. Large driveway with sufficient private parking. Weekly and monthly rates available.
