Enjoy the morning sunrise as you sit on one of your two private Oceanfront balconies. This beautiful, 3 bedroom, 7th floor, corner unit is a must see! The master bedroom has a king bed and is complete with an en-suite bathroom, walk-in closest and a private oceanfront balcony. The first guest bedroom has a king bed with access to another oceanfront balcony and the second guest bedroom has three twin beds (there is also a pull-out sofa in the living room). In addition, everything you need for an enjoyable stay is in the unit, such as a full kitchen, all linens/towels, WiFi, a washer/dryer, etc. We also provide beach accessories for your enjoyment.
The complex offers a large heated pool right off the ocean, private access to the beach, shuffleboard, a putting green, wireless internet and more. The building is located roughly 1 mile north of the Cocoa Beach Pier, meaning the beach is quiet but you are still walking distance to the Pier.

The property was very nice, perfect views and right on the beach. The floor was sticky and our feet was black after the first hour of being there, we didnt feel like it was worth complaining about and we just bought a swifter for the condo to use for the week and left it for future renters. The closet in the main bedroom was loaded with beach stuff like umbrellas and boogie boards and a wagon and cooler.. we had an amazing stay!

Unit was not clean upon arrival (i.e., wad of hair left on shower wall, dirty floors, sea spray built up on all sliding glass doors). Also the shower handle fell off in our hand. When management company was informed, they offered to have maintenance and cleaning crew come back to the unit. The cleaning fee was waived.

From the first minute, I was very impressed with easy check in,condo was VERY CLEAN and well stocked with great furniture, and all the comforts of home. Parking was only feet away from the elevator, and the views from the balcony is what it is all about!! Will return for another visit soon!!!
No need to scroll any further. This is a great condo. From the checkin process to the location, this condo has everything that you need. The unit has supplies for meals and for a great time at the beach. You are just a few feet from the beach and a quick drive to some great options for dinning. We had an absolute great time. Do yourself a favor and book this condo!

Great Place
We just got back from a week at Canaveral Towers 710. The place was clean and accommodating. It had chairs, umbrella and boogie boards for the beach that were used daily. The pool is big and clean. The rooms were immaculate and the view is simply stunning. Watching the cruise ships go out and the waves roll in never got tiring. The property managers were attentive and friendly. We highly recommend.

Beautiful Views
The condo was well stocked, and the views of the beach were amazing. We were able to have breakfast in the room and eat out for dinners. We love Salsa's they have delicious Mexican food. It was quiet for the most part there was some construction on the 3rd floor. We were still able to relax by the pool and on the beach. Beds were comfortable. Refrigerator and stove were nice, very clean. Thank you and we look forward to visiting again soon.
The condo was perfect for what we needed. The 3 16 year olds had their own space with the 3 twin beds. His Mom and I each had our own room. Well stocked kitchen with plenty of cabinet space so we could keep every one well fed. The washer and dryer came in handy ( though we had to find it). The location is perfect for the beach and pool, and having beach chairs and boogie boards added to the fun. The pool is very nice. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. We liked eating on the balcony, would like chairs off the master balcony but maybe someone else moved them.
Great accommodation. Fabulous view from the unit and balcony! Loved looking out to see the waves and beach-actually watched a launch from the beach in front of the complex. Fell asleep listening to the waves. Nicely equipped unit. Beach towels, toys, boogie boards, and beach chairs were appreciated. Kitchen was well equipped as well. Nice pool, easy walk to beach, near lots of restaurants and shops. Easy to get groceries. No bar-b-q. Would suggest adding gas grills to complex. Other than that—overall excellent!
The condo was extremely clean and the managing company were on top of everything. The condo is a little dated but did not impact our stay. Everything was in working order and the one issue we had, the managing company responded and the running toilet was fixed immediately. The condo is in a great location which was close to everything. We were able to see two rocket launches from the outside walkway on our floor and from the beach. The condo had everything needed for the stay. The one downside was having to get the key for the unit off site in a lockbox on the management company's building.

Thank you for your review! We are happy to update that Canaveral Towers has now upgraded to electronic keypads so keys are no longer needed at this building. We hope to have you back again!
Discussed this with the property manager. Property has a fantastic view, kitchen cabinets seemed pretty new. Furniture and bedding were nice. The bad? A bunch of the tile is broken and coming up off the floor. Needs completely repainted. Screen doors are almost impossible to open and close so just leave them open once you get them that way. Smoke detectors started going off within minutes of us getting there which I'm guessing means batteries need replaced in all of them. Refrigerator is not very cold. Manager said they had workers scheduled to be in there the week AFTER we left. We paid prime to be there the week after Christmas and the work should have been done prior to us getting there or else we should not have been charged what we were, imho. Have stayed in Florida over 20 different times and the condition of this place was the worst yet. We will not return and for that matter will stick with the Gulf side like Fort Myers Beach, Captiva etc.

Not impressed at all
Look around for other properties before you rent from this complex. I paid way too much for a unit that had dirt under the beds, junk in the couches, and balcony windows that were so dirty that I had to wash them myself. Kitchen is a mix of different plates, cups etc. 2 smaller bedrooms have blinds that do not close all the way, and no drapes in these bedrooms. One bedroom has a fan in it because the AC was not blowing much cold air in the room. Only one elevator working that week--waited up to 10 minutes many times for an elevator.
if you like a pool that opens late--sometimes noon, and closes around 7:45, this is a place for you! The maintenance man was psycho, and I saw him arguing many times with renters on the complex. We contacted the owner and asked him to contact someone on the grounds about the pool hours, and the bedroom blinds, and he stated there was nothing he could do. This is what you get from an owner out of the Country.
You only get 2 keys for everyone staying here. You need a key to get into everything.
I have stayed at numerous complexes on the beach, and will never rent from this complex again.

We are sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your stay. Unfortunately all residential condominium buildings in the area are required to close their pools at dusk (which is a regulation set by the local health department and is not specific to this building). The onsite maintenance staff attempted to politely explain the rules to your group, but may have been frustrated after you then ignored them and tried sneaking into the pool area at night when it was closed. Please understand that the onsite maintenance supervisor is there to ensure that the building remains well maintained and is enjoyable for everyone’s use. The pool did open late one morning during the week due to the fact that the pool service company had to treat the water and add additional chemicals (it was closed for a couple hours as a precaution to guests).
It is also true that one of the two elevators had an unanticipated maintenance issue and was down for a few days. I can assure you everything was done by the association to make sure it was fixed as quickly as possible.
I believe the majority of your frustration related to your dispute with the onsite staff and the expectation that the building would be a more lively resort. Most of our guests really appreciate the fact that the building is well maintained, secure and suitable for families.
We had offered to have our cleaning and maintenance supervisor stop by the unit to address any of your concerns but you had advised us not to bother. We pride ourselves in that fact that all of our units are thoroughly cleaned, inspected and stocked before and after each guest. We are available any time and encourage all of our guests to let us know right away if there are ever any issue so that we can have them addressed and have you back to enjoying the beach as quickly as possible
We enjoyed comfortable living accomodations close to Kennedy space center and the shelling was excellent after we experienced hurricane Nicole. Close to cocoa beach pier and Ron jons and shops and restaurants.
The location of the property was great. Water was very murky. Condo needs major TLC. The master bath shower clogged on the second day and the company did not fix it so we had 6 people using one shower. Tiles are cracked all around shower causing the toilet to tilt toward the shower and it’s lopsided. The kitchen stock was ok. We had 6 people and had to run the dishwasher every day in order to have enough plates/silverware etc.
the keys did not work to turn on the water outside to rinse sand off.( this was a problem for all residents so people were washing off sand in the pool )
710 does not have covered parking but there are lots of open spaces in the lot.
If you are looking for a super clean, luxury stay this is not it but if you are good with an ok place to just get away it is ok.
Unit 710 was great! Loved the ocean views. The property and the unit was very nice. Clean and spacious. Not kid friendly since there were many elderly people who where not always friendly. It was obvious we were not welcomed.
Beautiful location to view the beach, cruise ships, submarines and sunrises. Unit could use a good deep cleaning and some maintenance updates especially the whistling threshold. Disappointed that the living area TV does not stream. Master bath vanity area is different than pictures. Still a good unit if your main focus is a family gathering at the beach and pool.
Great condo for a large family. Updated kitchen and washer/dryer are very nice. Love that it is adjacent to the beach. The pool and outdoor shower are great. Location is not walking distance to tourist attractions but a very short drive. Property management is very responsive.

We had a great week. The views of the ocean were amazing. The condo was the perfect layout for me, my husband, our 2 kids, and my mother-in-law. We went to the beach and pool everyday. It was a perfect setting and we’ll definitely be back.

Great view, condo needs updates.
What's great: The view, even in bad weather, you can sit and look at the ocean. It also has a new washer/dryer, big closets, and a large kitchen with lots of storage space and a great counter. When we contacted the owner, he replied immediately and his repairman, John, came the next day. John was very nice and helped us in all the areas he could. The location is great and you're within walking distance of the pier. We enjoyed watching the cruise ships go out every day. Also great restaurants close by; two we loved are Rusty's Seafood and Southern Charm Café.
The problems we had (and we've rented condos in FL for over 30 years and have only complained once before): First, getting the key to the condo was a challenge in the dark. It is located a few blocks away and the box was marked different from the instructions that we received. The light over dining table didn't work; had to be replaced, fan in master bath kept falling down (fixed by John), toilet part had to be replaced (fixed by John), shower had no place to put soap or shampoo, had to be placed on floor, the MBR door would not stay shut, and the dining room table was so high you felt like your chin was even with plate.
If this condo was updated, it would be a wonderful place to stay.
