This newly remodeled, beautiful vacation home (sleeps 8) is a short and easy walk to the beach and minutes from downtown Cocoa Beach! Grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, attractions and car rentals all within walking distance. Our high end furniture, mattresses and decor bring all the luxuries of home on your vacation!

Heated Salt water pool with Beach area/umbrella for kids or lounging. Tiki Bar for added tropical fun!

Sandy Toes Beach House is beautiful inside and out. The furniture and beds are high quality with Smart TV's in each room. Sofa queen bed w/ upgraded mattress, sleeps 2. Open kitchen/living room area to enjoy. Spacious, fully stocked kitchen and BBQ. Our home has a fenced private backyard, with a big heated salt water pool to add to your tropical day! We have 4 cruiser bikes, 2 scooters w/helmets, Beach toys, Beach chairs, umbrella's, beach wagon, cooler & more! The home is 0.25 mile from our beach with the entrance at the end of our street. We are located 2 miles from Port Canaveral, 1 mile from the Cocoa Beach Pier and Ron Jon's and the location makes day trips to Orlando attractions such as Disney world, Universal Studios, or Kennedy Space Center quick and easy. Local attractions include, miniature golf, great food and music and more. Pet friendly. Please confirm pet eligibility before booking. $100 pet fee - per pet.

Great stay

Love this house. This was our 2nd stay. Pool is great, walk to the beach is easy. New mattress was great, slept great all week. Everything you need in the kitchen to cook all week if you don’t want to eat out. Clean, plenty of towels. Pool floats, beach chairs and toys. Great place for a beach trip.

We had a wonderful time at Sandy Toes beach house. The location was perfect. Close to beach, Space center, parks. We watched a rocket launch from the beach. 6 adults felt like plenty of room. Pool area was fabulous. .frombeach.

It's perfect!

The house was very clean, well maintained, and stocked with everything needed indoor and out. The location was excellent; a short walk to the beach and a very easy drive to and from Orlando for the airport or fun activities. The pool area was impressive-- very spacious, lots of seating, and the tiki bar was great. I highly recommend this place!

We had such a great time at Sandy Toes. The location was central to restaurants, shops, and sights, the beds were comfy, the pool area was incredible, and we loved having everyone stay in one spot for family togetherness. My only small recommendation for it would be to allow us to run the dishwasher at check out instead of having the dishes fully washed. Sometimes you are finishing up that morning coffee and it could lead to dirty dishes being put back on shelves by guests when they are in a hurry to check out. Loved it overall, thank you for the stay!

Sister Graduation Celebration

After our sister's graduation from her Master's Degree in Melbourne, we wanted to stay close by to celebrate her day. Hotels were expensive, especially needing 2-3 rooms. This was the perfect place! Everyone was able to stay together, privately. The place was very close to the beach, my granddaughter went to twice! The communication with Sondra was amazing! Immediate responses! The house is amazingly stocked with everything you need! "Move-in ready" The grill is gas, we we not sure until we got there. Beautiful place located in the perfect area! Will visit again for our Sisters retreat... if there's availability!

Wonderful Escape - Great Location!

This house is absolutely adorable and we will definitely stay here again! The layout is perfect, there is plenty of seating and room for everyone, both indoors and out. The kitchen is well equipped - we had everything we needed to make breakfasts and snacks (we ate out for dinner). The location is awesome! It is only 3 blocks on a side road to get to the beautiful beach, and we used the wagon to haul all of our stuff. And the house is so centrally located that it was a quick drive to pretty much anywhere we wanted to go - shopping, bar hopping, dining, etc. The property itself is absolutely gorgeous! You would never believe you were in a neighborhood! The pool area is truly an oasis, and the landscaping is well grown and just so beautiful. It is truly lush and tropical! Sondra could not have been a more gracious host. She checked on us often and was receptive to our feedback and praises. I look forward to staying at Sandy Toes again!

First of all, if you are like me and reviews are a deciding factor in your decision to pick a place, well, then please read! Secondly, this is a bit of a longer and detailed review, so please settle in😉 because there is SO MUCH good to share! The owner was amazing from the start! We were going to be earlier than expected with our arrrival. I reached out to see if by chance we could check in a bit early. She made it happen! We were able to check in a few hours early! She was very responsive to messages and very helpful! She checked in periodically and was so easy to work with. We have stayed in several VRBO properties and we have never had such a good experience as this when it comes to communication. The home itself was IMMACULATE! Clean, fully loaded with appliances, towels, toiletries (including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, kitchen supplies, beach towels, and ALL the things you could ask for in a home to LIVE in at the beach!) The location was perfect! Close to everything you would want or need! The pool was absolutely beautiful and relaxing! The grounds were kept just as neat and tidy as the home! The neighborhood was quiet and people were friendly as we walked to the beach each day. The public beach access was just down the street and the area of the beach was clean and quiet. We are already figuring out when we can go back!

AMAZING Vacation!!!!!

We had the most incredible time at this awesome Oasis in Cocoa Beach! From start to finish, everything was truly perfect. The weather was beautiful every single day — sunny skies, warm ocean breezes, and breathtaking sunrises that we could enjoy just steps from the property.The location was fantastic — close to the beach and within minutes of some amazing restaurants and a convenient Publix supermarket, which made it easy to stock up on anything we needed. The area had a great vibe — relaxing but still full of things to do.One of our favorite parts of the stay was the amazing saltwater pool — crystal clear, perfectly maintained, and so refreshing. It was the perfect spot to unwind after a day at the beach or just lounge in the sun with total peace and privacy.But what truly made our stay unforgettable was our host. Absolutely amazing — so welcoming, responsive, and thoughtful. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. You can really tell they care about their guests and love sharing their little slice of paradise.We’re already in the midst of planning for a return next year. . If you’re heading to Cocoa Beach, this is the place to stay. 10/10 recommend!

We loved staying in this house, and will definitely stay again when in Cocoa Beach. The beds were comfy, and house had everything we needed. We loved the backyard and pool area. It was hard to choose between the ocean and the pool. We were lucky enough to have 5 satellite launches during the week we were there!

Family fun

We loved the property. Clean and comfortable. Great yard and pool. Quick walk to the beach. Lots of shells. Good location. We went to Kennedy Space Center, Sea World and a dolphin cruise. We also saw rwo rocket launches. We also made use of the bikes. We had a wonderful time! Hopefully we can return soon.

Family Vacation

This is our second multi-generational family getaway at this home including our dog. The house is stocked with everything you need to cook, relax, and enjoy a short walk to the beach or the fabulous heated pool. The host was quickly responsive to any requests or questions and provided easy to follow instructions regarding our responsibilities as renters. Her suggestions for things to do and restaurants to check out in the area were much appreciated. We look forward to another stay in the future and would not hesitate to recommend this property to others. It is the perfect place for a kid friendly and dog friendly gathering.

Fantastic Family Getaway!

Our family loved this home! We spent so much time in the pool with all the toys and the ocean is just a short walk away (easily made with a bunch of kiddos under 8 as well 😊). It’s close to lots of fun restaurants if you don’t feel like cooking but the kitchen has everything you could need in case you want to stay in. Loved it and we can’t wait to come back!

Fabulous home

If I could give this property 10 stars, I would! Perfect location, very clean and well maintained. The heated pool was used every day. The lighting outside at night was great. Do yourself a favor and rent this home, you won’t be disappointed!

Perfect Home in Great Spot

This home is adorable! We have spent numerous hours and costs to make sure that whoever stays here will have that beachy feel along with a luxurious environment. You will enjoy the time and make amazing memories while here. You literally will need to bring only your personal items as we have supplied everything we believe you will need for your stay. Everything has been remodeled and is new. You can sit in the big back yard enjoying the very large pool and tiki bar while listening to the ocean. The beach is literally a 4 min walk. You will love this property and enjoy your time here.
