Bring your Boat! You will fall in love with this private home with endless water views from the moment you arrive. Beautiful furnished kitchen for preparing meals in after a long day on the water. Bedrooms one and two feature a king bed, while bedroom three has a queen and bunkbed. The spacious living room also comes equipped with a brand new Sectional with a sofa sleeper for extra room. Located on a beautiful canal with a large private dock. Enjoy the day on the water with the kayaks or take a ride to the beach on the bicycles (2 bikes provided). Everyone will love the air conditioned garage that has been turned into a game room with Ping-Pong table, Foosball table and Basketball game, not to mention the flat screen TV, refrigerator and microwave or enjoy your favorite beverage on the screened patio while watching the Dolphin and Manatee play. Close to beach, shopping, restaurants, coffee shops and world famous Ron Jon's SURF Shop! Something for everyone!!

Perfect day before our cruise!

Our family of 8 stayed here 2 nights before leaving for a cruise out of Port Canaveral. We had such a wonderful time that I almost didn't want to leave for the cruise! The property was exactly as listed and very clean. We especially enjoyed the kayaks and the manatees. We would absolutely love to stay here again.

Awesome time!!!

Clean and easy walk to beach. Back dock was amazing views dolphins and manatees. Come right to the dock!! We would definitely rent this house again!!

Family Stay

We were in town for a sad occasion so having my family together in one place was nice. Plenty of room for everyone! The home is comfortable and conveniently located. We really enjoyed watching the manatees from the dock. Amazing! Management was responsive and accommodating. We will be back!

Spring Break Trip

We absolutely loved this home and the location. My boys love to fish so we did a lot of fishing in the morning and evening. The home is so close to everything. The host is amazing with getting back to you very quickly with any questions you may have. It’s about a 10min walk to the beach or it’s a very short drive. We will for sure be hoping to be back next year. We loved the home and area so much that we are looking to buy in the area.

Great cocoa beach experience

The house was really clean and had a great layout with a nice mix of modern and retro aesthetics. We had everything we needed to explore the canal on kayaks and go to the beach. Plenty of clean towels and paper products.The canal was amazing! Everyday we saw dolphins swim by, manatees, and lots of cool birds.

All the rooms were very clean. Only recommendation is to change headed for 2nd bedroom. It was a bit noisy. Otherwise, this home was an excellent stay for us

Unique place

This is a unique fun place to stay! Sad to see it for sale, but glad we got the chance to stay. The house was older and neat to see how it was build, unique layout and cool shower in master. Plenty of beds (we had 7 people) and space to not be on top of each other. Pool table was fun for the kids and wagon was extremely helpful for our beach trips. Kayaks were so much fun, we saw dolphins and manatees. Property manager was very responsive to me and allowed us to check in early. Enjoyed our stay!

Fish and Sail

We stayed here a couple of nights before our cruise. We picked this home so everyone could fish before we sailed. The home was clean and had everything we needed for our short stay. Grocery store and restaurants were less than a mile away and the Cruise Terminal (5) was about 5 miles. Would stay here again.

Spacious Beautiful Family Home

Just as described. We stayed only two nights to go on a cruise but all agreed we wish we would have had a longer stay. Right on the water, close to everything. Absolutely perfect for our family. The layout is perfect for gathering on the back porch for dinner or laughs and then enough privacy for sleeping. Take me back!!!

Relaxing stay

From the minute we walked into this property it was a great experience. The home is beautifully decorated, clean and had everything you can think of for your stay. It is just a 2-minute drive to beautiful beaches. There are restaurants and a grocery close by. The space was perfect for our family of 3 adults and 3 children with room for others if we needed. The garage has A/C so it's perfect to hang out and play ping pong. The boat dock was a beautiful bonus. We saw Manatee, catfish, turtles and lizards from the dock. It was great for the kids. I would not hesitate to rent this home again.

Family Friendly

This house is great for a family. There was plenty of space (8 adults) with things on site to do. Everyone loved fishing or just watching the water in the backyard. Having games in the garage was a hit. The beach although not far was a car ride for us, personally. We only have two things to note. The bunk bed mattresses are not adult friendly, not enough support. And we would have liked more fans in the house. Overall this house is worth a visit.

Comfortable, Quiet Paradise

We came into town for a wedding in Cocoa Beach and we’re so fortunate to have found the perfect place to stay. This house is surrounded by all the conveniences you need and was clean and well appointed. We had the best time with all the amenities, kayaking, fishing, sunbathing, and we saw tons of sea life, We were able to to communicate with the hosts easily, which made our stay very comfortable. The condition had gone out before we got there and they had it fixed within an hour of us notifying them.

This was the perfect place for our active family ranging from ge 13 to 65. Biking, swimming in the ocean and kayaking was amazing and everything was walking distance or in our own back yard. It was perfect for our needs.

Delightful midcentury house and decor all in lovely codidtion and on the intercoastal. Lots of recreational items available Not far from Kennedy Soace Center which is very much about the 60s. Host had a very helpful binder with restaurant and recreation siggestions . Excellent Florida experience. Host was friendly and responsive
