The first and second bedrooms have double open doors that lead out to the patio by the pool. This is a great place for family vacation!

Our stay was completely outstanding and stress free. Your home was impeccably clean, well stocked,and a seamless check in process. We greatly appreciated your efficient communication and superb location providing easy access to all major attractions and amenities including Universal, Disney (approximately 1 hour drive), beaches with in 12 minutes and stores like Walmart and Publix in 5 minutes. The outdoor area was another great feature for the family to enjoy unwinding and relaxing. The pool was cleaned twice during our stay which I appreciated greatly. A minor suggestion for future consideration is possibly a refresh of the landscape to continue the vacation vibes you’ve curated for the rest of the home. We depart with great cherished memories and look forward to the opportunity to return in the future to this outstanding property. Thank you for your great hospitality experience for me and my family.

Everything we needed

This home had everything we needed, from a stocked kitchen to the best outside area you could ask for. The living quarters inside was a tad on the small side but plenty of room to relax outside. The owner was very easy to reach and communicate with.

Family Vacation

Home was clean and had everything we needed for our stay, the backyard area was amazing. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone who would ask. Only recommendations I would have would be to replace the queen bed in the extra bedroom as it was like plywood, but not a big deal. The other recommendation would be to have the pool cleaned more often, it was useable but definitely needed cleaned, not a big deal for our family, but a Karen would definitely complain! Id give the house a 10/10.

A little piece of paradise

This little charming beach cottage was perfect for our family of 7. There was plenty of space to where we did not feel cramped and the outdoor living space was wonderful. The outdoors bathroom came in handy for my daughter and our little 11 year old granddaughter. They shower outdoors daily. The home was well supplied with all we needed and the bath soap, shampoo and conditioner was a huge hit with my family, to the point none of us used what we brought but used what was supplied as we like the products so much. The host, Luke was so kind and easy to work with, he even allowed us to check in way before time. Parking was a breeze for 2 vehicles. Don’t let some of the homes in the neighborhood that are as kept up fool you, most are elderly that can no longer care for their property. The neighborhood was really quiet and we felt safe. We will rebook the property in the future for our visits to Cocoa beach. We truly enjoyed the not over crowded beaches. There are so many restaurants near by but I must say that Squid lips was our favorite. I also highly recommend driving to Titusville to eat at Dixie Crossroads and Shilos. You won’t regret booking Pura Vida!!
