You won't find a better view of the launches that from the balcony of this DIRECT OCEAN condo! This unit is a Northeast corner unit with wrap around balcony. The living room, dining room, kitchen and master bedroom all have ocean views! The complex has a small pool, too! If you are looking for spacious, luxury accommodations in a location that is convenient to shopping, groceries, Ron Jons, mini golf, etc, then you have found the right place! Almost everyone that stays at our complex becomes a regular! We hope you will, too!

Family spring break

The condo was perfect for our family. Easy private beach access was ideal. Check in process was easy and fast. I would recommend this condo to anyone

Beautiful View

The space is bigger than the pictures show. It had plenty of space for my family of 5. It was clean when we arrived and the the directions for check out were clear

Big condo! Views are great! I saw my first rocket launch from the Cape. The sonic boom caught us by surprise even though we knew it was coming. It was all easy. Great place. If I were to ask for one thing it would be a Keurig instead of Mr. Coffee😊

Beach Front View

We had a wonderful stay in this spacious clean unit. The beach front view from the balcony is amazing. The wrap around balcony a plus. I would recommend this unit.

Great view

The NE corner fourth floor condo had the best view of the beach, waves, and two rocket launches during our stay. The path to the beach (with a ramp or stairs option) allowed beach wheel chair access for one guest. Lots of space and seating for all the family. Easy access with codes to lobby and condo 401. Access and departure c Could not have gone smoother.
