Location and views were great…just steps from the beach and a great restaurant right in the sand close by…and great views of the beach and ocean. But the property overall and the unit itself are definitely showing their age and in desperate need of some TLC, cleanup and upgrades across the bathrooms/showers/refrigerator/front door/etc.

Thanks for your input. I agree with your comment related to updating bathroom, which we are doing it now, 2nd bathroom ahs been updated, master bathroom is scheduled to be updated in October, we have to wait for contractor's availability, which is out of our control. Beside master bathroom updating is needed, our unit is very clean, which I disagree with you about this point; the cleaning person clean every areas beside disinfect all surface using bleach after each family checked out. Thank you again for you booked your family's vacation with us.

We had a great time in Cocoa Beach. The accessibility to the beach from the condo was perfect. The instructions to access the building and the beach were very clear and the communication with the host was excellent. She was very quick to respond and handled all questions right away. We loved our time spent at Cocoa Beach!

This place was awesome! We did a family trip with our two young kids and grandparents before we went to Disney. Everything was within walking distance - beach, restaurants, pool was all great! Probably one of our best trips down to Florida. We will definitely be going back and staying at the same place!

We love this place

This property is amazing! The host is extremely responsive and answered all of our questions. The condo was larger than we thought which was great. It had a good vibe and was tastefully decorated. The location seemed to be in a safe area where you could find almost everything you need within walking distance. Comfortable bed and very clean. What was the best thing about this place? The million dollar view of the ocean right from your patio. We even experienced a rocket being launched in the night sky. We highly recommend this beachfront spot.

Relaxing Stay

It was our first time at Cocoa Beach and we loved the town. Great food, lots within walking distance. The condo is quiet and comfortable, and the view from the balcony is ideal. Umbrella and beach chair rentals are located right beside beach access and beach was not crowded. We would definitely come back.
