Sandcastles 404 - Come for the Launches, Stay for the Beach !

NOTE: Updated OCTOBER 2025 : there is major construction of the Westin Resort next door North of Sandcastles. Our balcony directly faces this construction site looking North. There will be noise off and on throughout the day OUTSIDE, but not INSIDE unit. You will still have Ocean View looking East from the balcony.

Looking for a condo with that comfy coastal feel? Welcome to the beach vacation you have been dreaming about!

This unit has a spectacular Northeast view for space launches, side view of the beach and Atlantic Ocean. Additionally, you can gaze north toward Cape Canaveral and see the cruise ships arriving and departing. We are a minute's walk to the ocean and just over an hour's drive to all of Orlando's attractions and theme parks. We have a strict NO SMOKING/NO PETS policy (Sorry we don't even bring our own pet over.)

You will be staying in a renovated two bedroom, two bathroom condo on the 4th Floor with all the luxuries of home. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, utensils and appliances for your convenience.
 
UPDATE:
November 2021 - All new large kitchen appliances (and yes, a personal Keurig), flooring throughout, cabinets throughout, bathroom renos and much more.
December 2016 - New A/C unit installed
Summer 2016 - Brand new full size washer and dryer, and toilets.

The Master Bedroom has a king size bed, wall mounted TV, walk-in closet and bathroom en suite. The second bedroom has a twin bed and a full size bed as well as a generous closet and wall mounted TV.

Luxury vinyl flooring throughout, this is a smoke-free and pet-free unit, very family friendly! We've included everything you'll need: all bed and bath linens (including beach towels), beach chairs, cooler, umbrella and boogie boards.

There's a dining room and a family room. The family room features a flat-screen TV with cable and movie channels and the dining has table for 6. This coastal feel condo can't be beat for comfort and convenience. We have great high-speed WIFI throughout.

Sandcastles includes a beautiful outdoor pool and spa, tennis courts, private beach access and key-coded elevators and stairways for your security.

This is a beautiful and clean condo! We loved our stay and what made it very positive is how easy it was to communicate with Kathleen. Restaurants were a short walk! We highly recommend this condo!

Great Location

The location of the property was fantastic. amenities were as advertised, and the complex was quiet. Check in and check out were seamless.The unit was heavily air-freshener scented and seemed to be a mix of glade plug-ins and old smoke. There were air purifiers running upon arrival. the scent was overwhelming and due to the heat of the season, keeping windows open was not an option. It did not ruin our vacation, we enjoyed our time in Cocoa beach, but if given a choice, we would not stay in this unit again.

Wonderful Condo for a Beach Vacation

What a wonderful condo. Newly renovated and beautiful condo with all new appliances and a perfect location on the beach. Kathleen was an amazing host and you can tell she really cares about her property and makes staying there a wonderful experience. Would highly recommend the property to anyone looking to stay in the Sandcastles complex.

Wonderful Condo

We enjoyed our family vacation to Cocoa Beach. The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed. It was quiet and the neighbors were friendly. The pool and beach access was perfect - we even saw a rocket launch from the balcony. Close to many restaurants and shops. Kathleen was an excellent host. Highly recommend!

Full family suite steps away from beach!

Excellent condo suite exactly as described! Everything in kitchen fully functional including kcup coffee machine and lots of extras in pantry for meal prep. Balcony has great view of beach and ksc. Also condo is very close to downtown strip, many dining and entertainment options. Thanks for the amazing stay!

Family Getaway

We went to see our son for Christmas and had the best time. The condo is in a nice location with easy access to the beach and anything else you want to do. Condo is stocked with all that you would need. There was some noisy construction that woke us up and persisted all day but that is no fault of the condo host. If I had one critique it would be to allow the thermostat to go below 72 as it got a little warm at night but there are fans for use in the condo and we used them! Would definitely book again! srryction

Property and host were A+++, nearby construction was a bummer.(.

Host is very accommodating...could not be any better! Lovely updated condo with lots of amenities and on a beautiful beach w/super easy access. We even got to see most of a rocket launch from the balcony. It was AMAZING! Prob need to go out to beach to see fully unobstructed launch from Pad 39. No visible damage to the condo complex just days after Helene and Milton. I hate this next part but transparency is necessary... unfortunately a developer is in early stages of erecting a condo/hotel right next door (balcony side). During our stay they were pounding steel supports in the earth all day, running big earthmovers (loud beeping) 7am-5pm and pump generators running 24/7 drowned out all sound of the ocean from the balcony. I would 110% stay here again....after construction completion.

Perfect!

The condo was exactly as advertised. Clean with everything supplied to make our stay worry-free. I would recommend replacing some of the older chairs, but they definitely served their purpose and were greatly appreciated. Check-in and directions supplied by the host were accurate and easy to understand. Host even supplied a list of dining options which was very helpful!

Stayed with 3 other friends/sister for long weekend. Check in process was easy and we were able to get in early which was fantastic. Unit was clean and very nice. Many amenities which was much appreciated. Would definitely recommend and if we plan another trip to Cocoa beach we will definitely stay again.

Great property! Great location!

This property had everything we needed for our stay and for the beach. No need to bring anything for the beach. They had it all:) Perfect place to see launches, go to Kennedy and Disney, but also still enjoy the beach. We could see the beach and launches from the balcony which was a nice feature. There was also a pool to enjoy. Close to lots of restaurants and little shopping areas. Just a 1/2 hr from Kennedy and an hour from Disney and the airport. This was a great vacation!!!

Sandcastle gem

Been vacationing in cocoa beach for many years and this particular condo was the best that we have rented. For once the photos really do not capture the beauty of this unit. High end furnishings and a large functional kitchen plus all the towels, blankets, beach accessories that one would need. Loved our stay and will return. Thank you Kathleen for being a wonderful host.
