Sandcastles condo 614, great side ocean view and fantastic reviews

Please note: 98% of all booking request are accepted in less the 30 minutes.

This Smoke & Pet Free Condo has Warm Tropical Palm style makeover, thus giving you the look of South Florida. The decor includes new tile floors throughout, new lighting fixtures and new furniture. The 6th floor offers an awesome side ocean view from the living room balcony and master bedroom window. Since the unit faces south, the balcony receives a good deal of sun, particularly in the winter months.

The pool & hot tub is open from 9:30am to 10pm. Please note: if the outside temperature gets below 60 the pool will be shut down till the outside temp go’s back up above 60. Pool hours may change at anytime. Yes we have a elevator at the Sandcastles and the Sandcastles has outside surveillance cameras.

New LCD TV's in the living room and bedrooms. Master bedroom has a king size bed while the 2nd bedroom has 1 full size bed and 1 queen size bed. There are 2 full baths, a well equipped kitchen, dining area, cable TV in all rooms, and a DVD & Stereo in the living area.

No need to pack heavy. You will find almost everything you could possibly need, beach chairs, umbrella, blender, dishes, ironing board with iron, blow-dryer, towels, and linens. There is even an in-unit electronic safe, and if you have a little one we’ve got a Pack-n-play Crib. For the golfer, there’s even a set of clubs to hit the greens. You name it and we’ve provided it for your enjoyment. There is even a washer / dryer in the unit.

Please email if you need more info. 3 night rentals is for off season or to feel in long term rentals,.
If you have to cancel your reservation we will give you a refund on your rental fee and cleaning fee if we can re-rent the condo for the same rates and dates, minus a $100.00 administration fee.

We had a wonderful time in Cocoa Beach. We enjoyed the condo and easy access to the Ocean. Keith was a great host and we really appreciated him. The Condo was just as pictured and had everything you could want for your stay.

Escape for the long weekend

Perfect escape weekend for the whole family, private, comfortable and felt like home. Super easy parking, walk to the beach, nice restaurants. Keith was available to answer any questions from start, during and end of visit. Highly recommend this accommodation, clean and has everything you need for a great stay.

Great Place for Space Coast Tournament

Had a great time in a clean, spacious home. We were in for a tournament at the USSSA Space Coast complex, and a beachfront stay was the same or better price than the team hotels. Keith was a great host and made everything easy.

We had a great vacation! The condo was perfect. It was clean and had all the amenities you would need. There was construction going on to the buildings while we were there (we were aware before booking). This comment is more so to point out that the building is kept up. We would definitely book again!

Great last minute booking

This was a last minute decision. The guys wanted to go to the Mecum auction and the girls wanted the beach. The only thing that would have made this better would have been better weather but with the rain there were only my sister and I and one other person on the beach which worked out great for shelling.

We very much enjoyed our stay in the condo. It had all we needed to make ourselves at home including beach chairs and umbrellas, all the kitchen equipment to manage our meals, and a washer and drier so we didn't have to pack as much. There were just 2 of us, so we had more than enough room. The place felt safe, parking is convenient, the other residents were friendly, the pool right below us was nice and the beach is just a short walk out the gate. I especially liked the porch where I could enjoy morning coffee or lunch even with the abundant rainfall we had during the week. Plenty of nearby restaurants, pubs, and grocery stores. The nice local library is within walking distance. Kennedy Space Center is about a half hour away and we also enjoyed Cocoa Village which is about 10 minutes away. Keith handled all the arrangements efficiently and was very friendly. This will certainly be the place where we will return on our next trip to Cocoa Beach.

Convenient Property with Welcome Amenities

We enjoyed our stay here. Condo is very convenient to any of the area activities. There is construction going on almost next door, but it’s well away from this side of the Sandcadtles complex, so it was never a noise issue. Condo has a good-size balcony on the side of the building and gives a good ocean view. Kitchen is larger than usually found in beach condos. It’s well appointed, other than I imagine it’s lost some silverware along the way. If you plan to do much cooking, you’d want to bring your own skillet as what’s there isn’t non-stick, and it sticks. (But even if it had non-stick, they’d be worn out and unsafe to use. That’s been our experience anyway.) Bathrooms were nice. It has a full-size washer and dryer in a small room, which was very useful. Only complaint we had was that the queen bed was awful in the bedroom with a queen and a double It had a large “hole” in the mattress on one side making it very uncomfortable to sleep in. That needs to be replaced. There is a good area for hosing yourselves and your beach items off when coming off the beach, as well as a place to shower off when entering pool. The pool and hot tub were very pleasant and were always clean. The beach in front of the condo was spectacular! Large and flat. Wonderful for long walks on the beach. Kevin was very helpful and made it clear he was available should we need anything. Fortunately, our stay went smoothly. I recommend his condo with stipulation that the queen mattress be replaced.
