This Smoke & Pet Free Condo has Warm Tropical Palm style makeover, thus giving you the look of South Florida. The decor includes new tile floors throughout, new lighting fixtures and new furniture. The 6th floor offers an awesome side ocean view from the living room balcony and master bedroom window. Since the unit faces south, the balcony receives a good deal of sun, particularly in the winter months.

The pool & hot tub is open from 9:30am to 10pm. Please note: if the outside temperature gets below 60 the pool will be shut down till the outside temp go’s back up above 60. Pool hours may change at anytime. Yes we have a elevator at the Sandcastles and the Sandcastles has outside surveillance cameras.

New LCD TV's in the living room and bedrooms. Master bedroom has a king size bed while the 2nd bedroom has 1 full size bed and 1 queen size bed. There are 2 full baths, a well equipped kitchen, dining area, cable TV in all rooms, and a DVD & Stereo in the living area.

No need to pack heavy. You will find almost everything you could possibly need, beach chairs, umbrella, blender, dishes, ironing board with iron, blow-dryer, towels, and linens. There is even an in-unit electronic safe, and if you have a little one we’ve got a Pack-n-play Crib. For the golfer, there’s even a set of clubs to hit the greens. You name it and we’ve provided it for your enjoyment. There is even a washer / dryer in the unit.

If you have to cancel your reservation we will give you a refund on your rental fee and cleaning fee if we can re-rent the condo for the same rates and dates, minus a $100.00 administration fee.
Please note: a condo rental lease has to be signed and returned to me before your dates get locked in on my side.
