Direct Oceanfront Immaculate 5th Fl. Unit, new kitchen and baths.

Drop your bags and hit the beach! This direct 5th floor oceanfront unit affords panoramic views of the ocean and beach! The newly renovated fully equipped kitchen has new stainless steel appliances including a flat top stove, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker and dishwasher. It is a large 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo with new carpet, tile and paint! The living room has a queen size convertible sofa, flat screen TV and DVD player with sliding glass doors to the balcony. The master bedroom has a king size bed, walk in closet, vanity and dressing area with large sunny windows. The second bedroom has two twin beds, flat screen TV and a pack and play. The laundry room has a new washer and dryer (so pack lightly)!

We provide everything you could possibly need for the beach including umbrellas, beach towels, toys and chairs. Tennis rackets also provided to play on the on-site court.
Please note: Saturday to Saturday weekly stays are required throughout the spring - summer season.

Cocoa Beach is the closest beach to the Orlando area and has so much to offer. This condo allows you to stay on the beach and enjoy the pool while being one hour from Disney and other Orlando attractions. Port Canaveral, Ron Jon's Surf Shop, Downtown Cocoa Village, the Brevard County Zoo, casino cruises, the Kennedy Space Center, miniature golf, kayaking, the Cocoa Beach Pier, fishing, golfing are a few of the nearby attractions.

Great Stay!

The listing was totally accurate, everything was clean, and the place had everything we needed. You can tell the host really cares—lots of little touches that made it feel really comfortable and welcoming. Would definitely stay again!

Annual family beach trip.

Beautiful views of the ocean. So close you can hear the waves crashing on shore. Condo has everything needed. Property manager was easy to work with. Condo was very clean.

Family getaway

Overall, I’d say the property was good. The condominium complex was clean and easy to access at check in. The condo was perfect in size for my family of 4. Condo was very clean but patio furniture for balcony was outdated and not inviting. I was a little taken back that despite paying for a cleaning fee that the renter is expected to do a load of towels prior to check out. It’s not the best optics if you’re supposed to be on vacation, you’re paying a cleaning fee, and yet expected to wash towels before you check out. It’s not something I’d expect the renter to do. In the end, I would stay here again. My family really enjoyed the area and the view from the condo balcony faces the ocean which was amazing.

Great property and unit!

The property and unit was just as nice as our previous stay 5 years ago. The beach isn’t crowded at all and area is quiet at night. There is plenty of parking even for large SUV’s. This is a great place to view launches from Kennedy Space Center even from the balcony. The owners were great and prompt with all communications. No complaints!

Gorgeous Direct Ocean View!

The owner’s description says it all. The condo was immaculate and had everything you might need to enjoy your beach vacation. Many thanks to the owner Barbara for being so responsive and always available. Condo was very spacious, very clean, and the owner thought of everything! The beach supplies (chairs, umbrellas, etc.) are not old, rusty, and unusable as I’ve experienced with most beach rentals. Patio furniture was comfortable and perfect for watching the surf and sunrise. Lots of extras added for convenience like small fans, tray tables, extension surge protector, etc. Never had an issue with internet or any TVs. The kitchen was a dream stocked with everything you’d need.We loved how the condo was decorated with a combo of beach accents and traditional furnishings. The living area, bathrooms, and bedrooms are tastefully decorated- not a hodge-podge of leftover furniture. A lot of beach rentals are on “beach overload” with loud colors and decorations. This condo was super relaxing, soothing, and very comfortable.Best of all, the view from the spacious, 5th floor balcony is AMAZING. My pictures don’t really do it justice. We had a wonderful trip to visit family in the area. Barbara’s condo is #1 on our saved list for our next trip to Cocoa Beach!

Perfect beach apartment

This place has everything that you need and more. Great location, the swimming pool was warm perfect for swimming, its just a few steps to the beach. The apartment has the best beach view that you can ask for. I took awesome sunrise pictures. This place has a good amount of towels and pillows. The kitchen is well equipped and has all the tools/equipment that I needed for my stay. They also had a pack-and-play and a baby chair if you need it. Parking was easy to find. My family had no issues at all... it was a pleasant stay.

Graduation get away

This condo was fantastic! It’s right on the beach with wonderful unobstructed views. We were able to watch a night launch, cruise ships, thunderstorms and sailboats cruising by from our balcony or master bedroom window. The condo has an umbrella, 6 beach chairs and sand toys. The pantry had extra paper products (probably donated from previous travelers) which was nice. Full sized washer/dryer in the unit for convenience. Owners are fantastic and reply to emails immediately! It’s an easy drive to the theme parks. Give Frosty Nauts (rolled ice cream) and Coconuts (outside dining) a try! Thanks for the memories 🏖️😃

Why they chose this property

After vacationing for over 20 years in Florida, we bought this condo at Sandcastles in Cocoa Beach. It is the closest beach to the Orlando area and has so much to offer. This condo allows you to stay beachfront and enjoy the pool while only being about an hour from Disney and other attractions at Orlando. It is also near Port Canaveral, Ron Jon's Surf Shop, downtown Cocoa Village, the Brevard County Zoo, casino cruises, the Kennedy Space Center and many other attractions. You will fall in love with this town and this condo as we did!

What makes this property unique

This property has some great amenities including the convenience of a fully equipped renovated kitchen and baths along with a new washer and dryer( so pack lightly). It also has a pack and play if you are travelling with small children like we do! We also provide tennis rackets to play on a private court located on the condo grounds. In addition, we provide everything you may need for the beach including chairs, umbrella, beach towels and toys.
