With 2 full beds and a cozy living room with a sofa bed, this welcoming space that sleeps 6 is perfect for guests looking to relax after a day of exploring. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like a private side porch, your own washer/dryer, AC, and full kitchen. We think our place will help you experience everything Cocoa Beach has to offer. Our charming shared backyard space boast several dining areas, conversational seat sets, fire pit, tiki bar, grill, outdoor washing station, beach supply shed, and is a short walk to the Beach known as "Avon by the sea". Cruisers will be 3 miles from Port Canaveral and Golfers have their choice of beautiful Golf Courses nearby. The Kennedy Space Center is a mere 5 min drive and is in eye shot to see their rockets launch! We hope you will join us and experience the magic of Cocoa Beach!
