With 1 FULL bed, 1 QUEEN, and a cozy living room with a sofa bed, this welcoming space that sleeps 6 is perfect for guests looking to relax after a day of exploring. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like a private side porch, your own washer/dryer in your unit, AC, and full kitchen. We think our place will help you experience everything Cocoa Beach has to offer. Our charming, shared backyard space boast several dining areas, conversational seat sets, fire pit, tiki bar, grill, outdoor washing station, a beach supply shed and is a short walk to the Beach known as "Avon by the sea". Cruisers will be 3 miles from Port Canaveral and Golfers have their choice of beautiful Golf Courses nearby. The Kennedy Space Center is a mere 5 min drive and is in eye shot to see their rockets launch! We hope you will join us and experience the magic of Cocoa Beach!

Property was clean. Unit was a bit small for 6 people. It was perfect for just a quick overnight but would be very cramped for any significant length of stay. With the couch bed open, there was no way to walk through from the bedroom to any other area of the house. There is a small indoor dining area but not big enough for 6.Outside area was pretty amazing. Large tiki bar with grill, outdoor games, dining table. We were luck enough to have the property to ourselves but it is a shared space with 2 other units.

The place was amazing and very clean! It was great having such quick access to the beach but also having the bar and back yard to stay in! Would totally rent out the whole place for a family trip! Very reasonable pricing and in close proximity to a lot of things to do!

Very happy with our stay. The property was clean, and a short walk to the beach with a lot beach toys, chair and wagons to transport from the property. The communication was top notch and quick back and forth making things easier. Would definitely stay again
