Key Lime Cottage - Hosted By Moore AI Rentals

This gorgeous 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom beach house is centrally located on Amelia Island directly across the street from the beach with a pool. This space boasts ocean views from the kitchen, dining, and main living area while providing ample space for friends and family to gather.

Upon entering Key Lime Cottage guests are greeted by an oversized patio with three double doors which allow the natural light to pour through. The open floor plan connects the common areas seamlessly. The main living area offers two sofas, a chair, flat flat-screen TV.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to prepare a gourmet meal. Upgrades include soft-close cabinets/drawers, quartz countertops, and stainless steel appliances. The décor is coastal sophistication offering both luxury and comfort.

All bedrooms were well thought out maximizing every square foot. The master bedroom has a King bed, closet, and large walk-in shower. The second room has a King bed with individual built-in cubbies on each side and two closets. The second bathroom is close by with a garden tub/shower. The third room has two Double beds that are custom built-in bunk beds with a closet.

After spending the day at the beach (located directly across the street) guests can rinse off at the outdoor shower, jump into the private pool, and have a night cap on the private balcony or screened-in patio. Located just four miles away our Historic Downtown Fernandina Beach area where you can enjoy boutique shopping and beloved restaurants.

There is plenty of space for parking, accommodating up to four vehicles below. The entire house is on one floor however, there are steps leading from the parking area to the front door.

Fresh linens, towels, and a starter kit of disposables are provided (travel-size shampoo/conditioner and body wash along with a limited number of laundry pods, dish pods, coffee, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and one sponge.)

A washer/dryer is provided as well.

They thought of everything. The house is beautifully decorated and appointed. Great space. Living and dining and kitchen are large and well laid out. The front covered porch is perfect for a rainy afternoon. We loved the pool area when not on the beach. Great spot to gather with adjoining covered porch, you have every option available for a family vacation.

Perfect beach house

Key Lime Cottage was the perfect July 4th get-away location for my family. The house was beautiful and comfortable for all of us. It is also close to so many wonderful things to do and see on Amelia Island. I hope we can stay here again one day.

FANTASTIC FOURTH

This property was absolutely perfect for our family (4 adults & 2 young kids)! It was clean, had plenty of supplies and towels for us to use and was very easy to communicate with the host when necessary. We are so happy with this house and location and are highly impressed with the pool area being kid-proof with high latches that they can’t reach. The walk to the beach is short and so easy! I couldn’t recommend this place enough!!

Convenient to Beach

The cottage hits the important notes for us. - close to beach, just a short walk across the street - comfortable beds - well stocked kitchen - excellent parking - beautifully decorated It is on a busy street , but bedrooms are in rear so no noise problem for sleeping. Host is very responsive and we enjoyed our stay.

Amelia Island

This house was incredible. The rooms were spacious and so clean. The living space was wide open and easy to entertain our group of 8. The walk to the beach was less than 2 minutes and was easily accessible. The house was located in a residential area so the beach wasn’t crowded at all!! It was a twelve minute drive to historic downtown Fernandina Beach and a short drive to a grocery store. This was the perfect location for us!! We would definitely come back and stay!!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. We visited Amelia Island/Fernandina Beach for our son's wedding. Our 5 family members had a very comfortable stay. Property has all the amenities we needed, and then some. We encountered two small issues which were resolved quickly. We needed additional clothes hangers, and the Keurig coffee maker did not work. I emailed our host and clothes hangers and a replacement Keurig coffee maker were quickly delivered. The property is centrally located on the island. A short drive to restaurants and attractions. Beach access right across the street, and all your beach needs available in their convenient storage closet. The pool was an added bonus. Fenced off for privacy, with enough furniture for my family.I would not hesitate to stay at this property for my next visit to Amelia Island/Fernandina Beach.

Nice Getaway

Overall, the house is nice and the location is great. Having a pool and a screened in porch was truly a plus. The kitchen was well stocked and there was a full size washer and dryer. We also enjoyed the front deck. I took off one star because 2 bedrooms have small windows with no blinds. And the sheets could definitely use an upgrade. But a nice place to stay!!

The Perfect Beach Getaway

This gorgeous beach home was the PERFECT back drop to rest, relax & celebrate our son’s 30 bday and our 31 wedding anniversary. The pics of this home do not do it justice!! Every square foot is perfectly executed to provide lots of open space. It is beautifully decorated and has a well stocked kitchen and gorgeous modern bathrooms. Check in was easy & the proximity to the beach was convenient. It was lovely waking up to a beach view every morning! The pool was a great place to unwind, the patio provided family time together & lots of laughs & the screened in patio was an excellent reading space. Lots of beach stuff was provided…chairs, umbrella, wagon….etc, that is a definite perk!! I highly recommend this property!!! I know we’ll be back!!

Great Property and location!

Beautiful view of the ocean and easy walk to the beach! New construction, house still smelled new! Very clean, nicely decorated and furnished . Pool with screened in porch was a big plus! Kitchen is well stocked and equipped with everything you need to prepare and and have meals. The only small complaint I have is although the TV's had streaming services available they do not have cable, so we were not able to watch Football, local news or any live tv programming..

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is in an excellent location. It’s stocked with everything you could possibly need. It’s clean and comfortable. The pool was such an added bonus after a hot beach day. This was our first trip to Amelia Island, and we will be back! The property manager was extremely kind and helpful.

A Wonderful Stay

We had the best family vacation here! The house was beautiful, clean, and well-stocked. The proximity to the beach (and all the available beach accessories) made our every day walk to the beach easy. The pool was perfect for relaxing and the deck had a lovely view of the ocean! We are looking forward to staying again next summer!
