Your dreamlike, Mediterranean style holiday home in direct proximity to the beach, with its 160 sqm of living space and the 400 sqm garden space for your perfect family vacation. The 30 square meter, light-flooded kitchen with 5 large bay windows invites you to a cozy get-together. The fitted kitchen includes ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator with ice compartment. There is also a coffee machine, toaster and a water cooker. In the entire lower floor as well as in the upper bathroom you can enjoy the comfort of a floor heating; Additionally, a bunny stove is available in the cozy living room with 3 terraces. Here you will find for your entertainment an LED TV, stereo system, DVD player, books and games. A second bathroom is also located on the lower floor, equipped with a high quality massage shower. In the laundry room you will find washing machine, iron, ironing board and clothes dryer. On the upper floor, next to the large bathroom with sauna, bathtub, shower and two sinks are three bedrooms and a balcony with a wonderful view of the dike. There is a carport for your car.

Wir waren eine Woche im Klabauterhaus. Uns hat es in dem gut sortierten Haus an Nichts gefehlt. Auch für unsere Kinder (6 und 3) war anhand von Spielsachen bestens gesorgt. Die ruhige Lage ist super, sodass man innerhalb kurzer Zeit am Strand ist, es aber auch zu Restaurants und Bäcker m

Tolles Haus unweit vom Strand

Die Vermieter waren super nett, bei Bedarf haben sie sich schnell um Probleme gekümmert. Das Haus war toll mit kleinen Schönheitsfehlern, wie in die Jahre gekommenen, oder in einem Zimmer fehlenden Insektenschutznetzen, und anderen Kleinigkeiten. Deswegen auf jeden Fall 5 Sterne, denn ich gehe mal davon aus, dass der Investitionsstau nach der Corona Kriese abgearbeitet und das Haus wieder in Top Zustand gebracht wird. Würde dann nämlich gerne wieder kommen:-)

Top Haus in perfekter Lage und toller Ausstattung

Das Haus liegt wirklich total ruhig und nah am Deich / Strand. Mit der Kurtaxe (die zum Preis noch dazu kommt, aber verträglich ist), ist auch der Eintritt zum Strand in Wremen sowie in Dorum und sogar in Cuxhaven inklusive. Außerdem kann man auch kostenlos (außer Parken) ins Watt'n Bad (Dorum - Neufeld). Das Haus ist super komplett ausgestattet und war Tip Top sauber. An einigen Stellen sieht man schon etwas die "Abnützungserscheinungen" aber nichts was stören würde. Die beiden Bäder sind super, und es ist alles vorhanden, was man brauchen könnte (Von Kaffe-Maschine über Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, ....) Geschirr und Besteck sind mehr als genügend vorhanden. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und werden - falls wir können - sicher wieder kommen.

Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, vor allem Küche und Wohnzimmer im Erdgeschoss. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Es gibt einen schönen großen Garten mit Schaukel und Kletterhäuschen. Unserem 4-jährigen Sohn hat der Garten mit den Spielmöglichkeiten sehr gefallen. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war schnell und unkompliziert.

Ganz wunderbar, sogar bei Sturm

Ganz unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit den sehr freundlichen Vermietern, alles bestens, familien- und damit sehr kinderfreundlich, wir durften sogar spontan den Sturm noch abwarten am Abreisetag, das hat uns den sehr angenehmen und erholsamen Urlaub noch versüßend abgerundet. Sehr empfehlenswert! Danke Familie Jelsch! Ergänzung über und an fewo-direkt.de: Es ist unzureichend, in einer summierenden Übersicht der Kosten (Miete, Reinigung, Service-Gebühr fewo-direkt.de (so hoch und dann so ein Fehler!)) die Kurtaxe mit aufzuführen, sie dann in der Summe aber nicht zu berücksichtigen. In eine Aufstellung der Kosten mit Summenangabe gehören die summierten Posten, ergänzende Informationen gehören irgendwo anders hin!

Wirklich ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus das für alle Familienmitglieder für Entspannung sorgt. Die Räumlichkeiten des Hauses sind sehr schön aufgeteilt und waren perfekt für unseren Mehrgenerationen Urlaub. Unsere Kinder hatten unglaublich viele Spielmöglichkeiten und waren begeistert vom Kaufmannsladen und der großen Lego Duplo Kiste! Die gesamte Ausstattung des Hauses ist sehr umfangreich und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Danke an die Familie Jelsch für die tolle Kombination und eine reibungslose Abwicklung.

Erholungswoche mit Familie an der Nordsee

Sehr schönes Haus, das keine Wünsche offen lässt und sehr gut als Ausgangspunkt für Touren geeignet ist. In 2 Minuten ist man im Watt, in 20 min in Bremerhaven. Wir waren mit den erwachsenen Kindern da und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, trotz durchwachsenem Wetter. Der Restauranttipp Börse ist unbedingt einen Besuch wert.
