Villa Pointe Milou is a beautiful new and modern villa (construction was completed in September 2018), with a breathtaking sea view.
It has 4 bedrooms each with its ensuite bathroom, a beautiful living room with open kitchen, a heated pool and a gym.
The property is ideally located in the popular and residential area of Pointe Milou. You will be minutes from Hotel Christopher, which offers a spa and two restaurants. St Jean is 5 minutes away by car, Gustavia is about 8 minutes away by car.
On the main level is the living room / kitchen, the terrace, the swimming pool (heated) and 3 bedrooms. Two of these bedrooms can communicate and are therefore ideal for parents traveling with young children.
On the lower level is the fourth bedroom with its ensuite bathroom and gym.
Villa Pointe Milou offers great benefits and is ideal for holidays with family or friends.
