One of my best stays in Miami

I travel frequently to Miami, but this time I had one of my best experiences. The property is amazing. You really feel you are in a five star Residence. The views towards the ocean are completely spectacular. The owner of the property was extremely kind, taking care of every detail making sure that my stay was perfect. Definitely this will be my best option to stay in Miami.

Really Bad Experience

I had a really bad experience renting this property. First of all, when I booked back in October the listing description was: amenities all included. I sent a message to the owner which he never replied me back. A few days before my check in, the owner finally replied saying that the total I paid was for the apartment only. If I wanted to use the amenities (gym, beach service and pool) I would have to pay an extra fee/day on top of what I had already paid. He updated the description and said it was always there but that’s a lie. He was really really rude, saying I should look to rent elsewhere but refusing to cancel my booking. I tried Customer Service and they also did nothing to help - ended up staying there since they won’t give my money back. The apartment is falling apart. You open the microwave the top falls, the wood that holds everything in the kitchen on the bottom is also falling apart. The sofa couch is a joke. I had to sleep there because I was traveling with my parents and I thought I will not survive. It’s the worst sofa couch ever with those metals pieces poking your whole body. Awful. No one deserves to sleep there. I would not recommend this place to anyone but if you really want to give it a try, take screenshots of everything - you will need it, trust me! Listing, conversations, everything. Or you’re going to get scammed just like I was.
