16th Floor Beachfront Condo at the Sea Air Tower
Very contemporary condo. Just take the elevator down and you will be at the magnificent Hollywood Beach next to the Diplomat Hotel. Perfect set up for a place to enjoy a month or longer at a reasonable price.
Our condo is sparkling clean. The kitchen is well stocked including an espresso maker to enjoy it on the balcony overlooking the A1A waterways. Just bring your toothbrush and your bathing suits to enjoy the beautiful South Florida weather.
Guest access
Complete ocean access, a gym, and a very large pool with complimentary lounge chairs for your enjoyment. We have a parking lot across the street as well as a valet parking for a small fee. All facilities including the pool, gym, beach chairs, beach, laundry room, and parking will be shared with other guests or residents of the building.
Other things to note
Please note we have very strict guidelines from the Homeowners Association. No visitors are allowed to stay overnight. Our condo is a 1 bedroom 1 bath and only 2 people can be occupants. Since the condo is on the l6th Floor, it is not suitable for small children. Before the reservation is confirmed, please disclose how many people in your party l or 2.
No pets are allowed, please.
