Once at the top of Grande Sure chairlift, you can ski down Marcel's Farm fun slope to reach Grandes Rousses ski school meeting and ski slopes starting point. Resort center with its swimming-pool and ice-skating rink is 700 meters away. This 5-floor residence comes with a lift. Surface area : about 74 m². 1st floor. Orientation : South. Hall with 2 bunk beds, pull out bed (80 cm). Living room. 2 bedrooms with double bed (140 cm). Bedroom with folding bed for 2 people (140cm). Kitchen with special heater to prepare La Fondue, special heater to prepare La Raclette, kettle, coffee machine (à filtre), oven, oven / microwave, toaster, washing machine, dishwasher. Bathroom. WC.
