TRÈS MAUVAISE ORGANISATION !!!

Cela est inacceptable et inadmissible d’annuler un séjour le jour même sans motif valable et de ne pas prévenir le locataire avant cela. Si je pourrais je lui mettrais 0 étoile. Et en plus n’a aucune cohérence dans ses réponses à mes messages et ne sait pas s’exprimer !!!
