About this property

The cozy holiday home at the port of Labo

The Kassiopeia holiday home can be found directly at the beautiful Labo harbor in the adjacent very quiet Rosenstrasse. It is centrally located and a shell from the beach and the harbor.

This cozy, comfortable and family-friendly holiday home with approx. 74 sqm is suitable for 2 to 4 people. (possibly 5 possible) and 1 toddler. The proximity to the beach and yet the pronounced calm speak for themselves.

Everything is really right here! The facility is new and has no signs of wear. The house renovated in November last year is equipped with two modern flat screen TVs and a hi-fi system with Blu Ray player and a DVD player for football and movie enthusiasts! In the beach chair season, a beach chair right on the water in the first row is available for free use from mid-April to mid-September!

The spacious living room is on the ground floor. It is equipped with a large dining table, a 160/200 cm wall bed with two individual mattresses, a cozy seating area, a flat screen TV and a DVD player (BluRay). A hi-fi system is also available.

The separate kitchen is modern and exclusively furnished with branded appliances and leaves nothing to be desired. Here you will find a comfortable induction cooker, a large fridge with freezer and 0 ° compartment, a dishwasher, a microwave, a table grill, a kettle, a coffee machine and a Dolce-Gusto coffee machine. You will also find sufficient dishes and cutlery. There is also a bathtub on the ground floor with the option of taking a shower. There is also a washing machine in the bathroom.

Upstairs is a cozy bedroom, equipped with a double bed 180/200 cm and another flat screen TV and DVD player. Here or in the anteroom you will also find enough space to set up the children's travel cot. In the anteroom is a single bed 90/200 cm which can also be used as a couch for reading.

The day starts well with breakfast on the in-house covered terrace. Or you can start the day on the roof terrace with a view of the Kiel Fjord. You can reach both terraces directly from the living room.

Also free of charge are a high chair, a travel cot for children, two high-quality bicycles, a gas grill for outdoors as well as sufficient comfortable garden furniture including a parasol, as well as an ironing board, iron and a clothes horse.

Super Lage, Haus familienungeeignet

Die Lage und Ausstattung sind super, die Vermieterin sehr nett. Das Haus war allerdings nur oberflächlich sauber, mit kleinen Kindern fällt das besonders auf (im Wohnzimmer viele Haare im Teppich, Staub unterm Sofa, viele Spinnen, im Bad klebriger Staub in den Ecken). Die Treppe und der Boden im Flur knartschen so laut, dass unsere Kinder mehrfach wach wurden... Einen Wäscheständer gibt es nicht, nur eine sehr kleine Aufhängung im Bad, so dass die Wäsche einfach ewig gebraucht hat um zu trocknen. Das hat uns schon alles ziemlich genervt. Die Betten waren nicht bezogen, obwohl dies so im Vertrag stand. Wenn man aber nicht alles abzieht muss man Geld zahlen 🤔 Als Paar kann man in dem kleinen Haus mit mäßigen Ansprüchen an die Unterkunft gut wohnen, als Familie rate ich davon ab.

Schönes Haus in Hafennähe!

Wir hatten einen gelungenen Aufenthalt über Silvester in dieser Unterkunft. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet - auch die Küche. Die Dachterasse konnten wir jetzt im Dezember/Januar leider nicht benutzen, ist im Sommer jedoch sicherlich ein Highlight! Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir würden uns aufjedenfall nochmal für das Haus entscheiden.

Frau Breitschuh hat uns herzlich begrüßt und ein paar Tips zur Umgebung gegeben. Das Haus ist wie auf den Bildern und es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in dem Haus.

Sehr zu empfehlen, wir kommen wieder!!!

Wie haben uns in diesem Ferienhaus ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt. Endlich waren auch mal die Betten/Matratzen OK. und wir konnten gut schlafen. Gut eingerichtete Küche, tolles Wohnzimmer und auch im oberen Bereich war nichts zu beanstanden. Kleiner Garten ( unser Hund hat sich pudelwohl gefühlt ), 2 TV Geräte, Musik, was will man mehr. Es war alles sauber und entsprach den Angaben. Ich würde es auf alle Fälle weiter empfehlen. Leider hatten wir Pech mit dem Wetter, aber dafür waren wir gut aufgehoben.

Schickes Ferienhaus in zentraler Lage

Der Urlaub in Laboe war trotz des schlechten Sommerwetters sehr schön. Das Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen und war super ausgestattet. Es hat auf jeden Fall das gehalten, was versprochen wurde. Schade war, dass wir die Hochterrasse mit dem tollen Ausblick aufgrund des Regens so gut wie gar nicht nutzen konnten. Die Fahrräder boten eine gute Alternative zum Erkunden des Umkreises. Durch den Vermieter fühlten wir uns sehr gut betreut. Wir würden das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen und es auch Freunden empfehlen. Besonders zu empfehlen an Restaurants sind die Fischküche, das Landhaus und die Seeterrassen.

Sehr schöne Wohnung.....

Das Haus hat eine ruhige Lage und ist sehr angenehm eingerichtet. Die Vermieter (Oma) war sehr interessiert daran dass wir sofort jede Information/Auskunft für Veranstaltungen oder Ausflugsziele erhalten. Leider war das Doppelbett schon sehr durchgelegen. Deswegen auch 4 Sterne... Wir würden jeder Zeit wiederkommen.

Eine Super Ferienwohnung

In der in optimaler Lage gelegenen Ferienwohnung verbrachten wir einen wunderschönen Urlaub. DIe Wohnung ist nahe am Strand (eigener Strandkorb),nahe am Zentrum,nahe am Hafen und trotzdem sehr ruhig gelegen.Sie ist gemütlich,sehr gut ausgestattet und bietet Platz für 5Personen. Ich werde wiederkommen.

Eine echte Wohlfühloase

Wir haben uns vom ersten Augenblick an wohl gefühlt in diesem liebevoll renovierten und komfortabel eingerichteten Ferienhaus. Alles war blitzsauber. Zur Begrüßung standen frische Blumen auf dem Tisch, ein sehr netter Willkommensgruß, danke! Klasse auch die bereit gestellten Fahrräder, wir haben sie viel und gern genutzt um die wunderschöne Landschaft in der Umgebung zu erkunden. Ein ganz besonderes Highlight war die traumhafte, riesige Dachterrasse wo wir bei einem Schlummertrunk die vielen, vorbeifahrenden Schiffe auf der Förde bewundert haben. Voll Wehmut war unser letzter Blick- beschlossen: Wir kommen im Herbst zurück! Herzliche Grüße Sabine und Udo

Traumhafter Urlaub

Wir durften in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus ein paar traumhafte Tage verleben. Hier bleiben einfach keine Wünsche offen. Das Haus ist hochwertig eingerichtet mit allem was man zum Leben braucht und die Lage ist einfach perfekt. Ein Auto ist nicht nötig, da einfach alles in der Nähe ist. Wir empfehlen das Haus auf jeden Fall weiter.
