## Logement
The apartment is convenient and perfect for a ski trip. It is located on the 5th floor with elevator and will be perfect for 2 people. It has a bedroom with 1 double bed, a shower room, a fully equipped and functional kitchen and a nice living room with access to the BALCONY. You will appreciate this last one for the VIEW which it offers you since the housing.
You will have at your disposal to spend an excellent stay: Hair dryer, Dishwasher, Coffee machine, Refrigerator, Microwave, Oven, Iron, Toaster

The location of the apartment is ideal, you will be able to take full advantage of winter activities such as downhill skiing, ice falls, snowshoeing ... True paradise for sportsmen, you will also be spoiled in summer by hiking, mountaineering, via ferrata, kayaking, rafting, mountain biking, paragliding ...

The Géant Casino of Briançon in the Grande Boucle shopping center is 5 minutes away by car, as well as the Grand Boucle pharmacy, and many other shops (cheese shop, Fnac, a Tabac Presse, market every Wednesday and Sunday...). You will be able to visit the Schappe Park (8 min by car), the Vauban fortress of Briançon with the Fort du Château and the Asfeld Bridge, and spend a day at the Grimp In Forest amusement park.

A professional cleaning is done before the arrival of the travelers. Keys will be collected in person.

## Emplacement
Land of passage, at the crossroads of five alpine valleys, Briançon became a fortified town in the 14th century. A Dauphin town, seat of important fairs, it is the capital of the Escartons. Located at the convergence of five valleys - Haute-Durance, Guisane, Clarée, Ayes and Cerveyrette - the city of Briançon occupies a remarkable geographical situation. The radiating structure of these valleys offered the city very early on relatively easy access to the outside world: to Provence, Queyras, Isère, Drôme and present-day Italy. This dense network of communications made Briançon appear for a long time as a land of passage, an important crossroads in the heart of the Alps, offering the best conditions for the movement of people, the traffic of goods and the exchange of cultures. Easily accessible from the resort of Serre-Chevalier, you can enter the highest fortified town in Europe through the Pignerol gate, at an altitude of 1,326m, and be welcomed by the Heritage Department, which offers a variety of guided tours at 3pm every day, led by guides-lecturers approved by the Ministry of Culture, in French, English, Italian (German and Spanish for groups).
