About this property

Relaxing in an idyllic self-catering house in the middle of nature

The surrounding meadows and forests as well as the brook 'Schwarzenbach' adjacent to the property invite especially adults with children to play and linger. Sandpit, swings, grill and fireplace are available next to the terrace.

The self-catering house is supplied by its own power sources and its own well water. With gas, the heating and the stove is operated. The house is inhabited by an elderly couple. In the converted economics section of the former farmhouse is the apartment with its own south-facing terrace.
The apartment (about 90 sqm) has at ground level a large living room with dining area, sofa and fireplace. Games, books, TV and piano are available. Kitchen and toilet are located separately next to it. An open fireplace gives the apartment its special charm. A spiral staircase leads to the 1st. Floor, which has two bedrooms with a shower.
Two double beds (1 x 1.80 m and 1 x 1.40 m wide), a cot and if necessary a travel cot can accommodate our guests. In the living room, the sofa can also be folded down to a 1.40 m wide bed.

Si buscas un lugar idílico fuera de un núcleo urbano donde solo oirás el ruido de la naturaleza no tengas ninguna duda. Una casa aislada pero que no le falta ningún servicio básico. El anfitrión una persona muy amable y muy respetuosa a la vez, que supo mantenerse en un segundo plano haciendo que sintiésemos la casa como nuestra. Ha sido una muy buena experiencia.

Mitten in der Natur

Wir waren mit ganzer Familie hier und fanden die Umgebung sehr schön .. Man lernt sparsam mit Wasser umzugehen.. Optimal für unsere Jungs draußen zu spielen (keine Hauptstraßen oder Autos).. Wir kommen gerne wieder .. Sehr zu empfehlen ..

Traumhaftes Wohnen für Naturverbundene

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in diesem historischen Ambiente mit offenem Kamin. Traumhaft ruhige und weitläufige Umgebung für lange Spaziergänge. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt.

Tolles Haus mit sehr gemütlicher Atmosphäre! Wir haben die Abende vor dem Kamin und die Sonnenstunden vor der großen Fensterfront sehr genossen :)Unsere 3 jährige Tochter hat die Wendeltreppe gut gemeistert. Für jüngere Kinder ist sie vermutlich eher abenteuerlich. Das Blockhaus im Garten ist ein absolutes Highlight für Kinder

Super idyllisch zum Ausspannen

Wir haben es total genossen so mitten in der Natur in dem autarken Haus mit Grillen, in der Hängematte entspannen, am nahegelegenen Badesee sein. Klaus ist super freundlich und lustig - wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

Ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen

Eine abgeschiedenes Haus in einem Tal, das gefühlt nur einem selbst gehört. Schafe und Ziegen hinterm Haus. Ein gepflegtes, großes Areal, das besonders für Kinder tolle Möglichkeiten bietet. Ein uriges Haus mit offenem Kamin. Ein netter, hilfsbereiter Gastgeber - was will man mehr? Wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder!

Fernab ganz nah

Das Haus liegt absolut schön und ruhig in einer Sackgasse in den Feldern. Es gibt viel Grün und Ruhe. Die Ferienwohnung ist in einer alten Scheune, der Hauptraum ist geräumig und bietet viel Platz. Die Küche und anderen Räume sind recht niedrig, was bei großen Menschen doch zu Nackenschmerzen führen kann. Aber so wurde damals halt gebaut. Die Einschränkungen aus der Selbstversorgung hat uns nicht negativ beeinträchtigt. Alles ist im üblichem Maß möglich. Besonders die Kinder fanden viele Aktivitäten und Spielmöglichkeiten. Der Vermieter ist nett, war bei unserem Aufenthalt jedoch meist vereist, die Einweisung wurde von einer Bekannten durchgeführt, die auch sehr nett war. Es gibt Holz und eine Grillstelle, Perfekt für einen schönen Grillabend. Wer eine Auszeit sucht und einfach Ruhe braucht, ist hier richtig. Trotzdem ist alles schnell erreichbar, Rottweil in 15min, der nächster Ort, bietet Bäcker, Döner und weitere Möglichkeiten. Die b27 ist zwar leicht zu hören , aber der Hügel zwischen dem Haus und der Straße dämpfen super und schont den Blick. Also Fernab und doch ganz nah.

Unglaublich

Unglaublich, so etwas zu finden: ein uriges, uraltes Bauernhaus allein mitten in der Natur, aber dennoch mit allem, was man braucht! Wir waren fünf Erwachsene und ein achtjähriger Junge, wurden von dem überaus (kinder)freundlichen Vermieter empfangen und bekamen alles schlüssig erklärt. So bekommt man wieder einen näheren Bezug zur Natur und ein besseres Verständnis für den Umgang mit Energie und Wasser.

Entspanntes Wochenende mit Bier und Akkordeon

Super schöne Wohnung. Das Haus befindet sich etwas abgelegen und mitten in der Natur. Wir waren dort um gemeinsam zu musizieren und hatten Riesen Spaß und gar keinen Stress mit Nachbarn. Wir konnten niemand stören! Die Wohnung ist super (liebevoll) ausgestattet. Es ist alles da was man benötigt. Der Hausbesitzer war super nett und der Kontakt war super einfach. Absolute Empfehlung!

Talhof in the black forest

Our stay at the Talhof was wonderful and exactly as described. Klaus met us there and was extremely helpful in introducing us to the works of the Hof, and showing us around. We enjoyed the peace and quiet and easy access to hiking trails and surrounding cities, as well as the Lake Constance area. Wonderful with children as they get to play and have fun outside. There is even a little playhouse, and swings, which they enjoyed thoroughly. Highly recommend if you would like to spend a magical time away from people and the busyness of every day life. We are looking forward to returning! Thank you

Relaxing stay in the middle of nowhere

Great old style farmhouse, well equipped with all you need. It is a quiet place in a green oasis of forest and meadows. Next stores and bakery are 4 km away. Use of water can be a problem during a season of drought. Running of water in toilette should be repaired by the owner. Otherwise everything was perfect. Pleasant host.

Schöne ruhige Lage

Wir hatten hier schöne Tage in der Natur und die Kinder konnten schön im Garten spielen. Spielzeug ist viel vorhanden. Wir konnten schön grillen und die Außendusche nutzen. Die größere Straße war abends etwas zu hören.
