Des animaux dans les appartements de la propriété , des dejections canines devant la porte d'entrée. logement avec du matériel defectueux 1 plaque electrique au lieu de 2 , un frigo HS , manque des alaises pour les lits... donc logement pas terrible

Nous vous remercions pour votre retour. Même si celui ci est pas complètement objectif. Effectivement l'immeuble est ouvert aux animaux, l'appartement également mais il est très propre. Nous revenons d'inspection après saison, le frigo marche parfaitement. une des plaques ne fonctionnait pas mais nous l'avions indiqué au moment de la réservation. Des alèses neuves ont été fournies par l'agence pour les matelas. désolés que vous n'ayez apprécié votre séjour.

Appartement resté dans son jus depuis la construction. les matelas sont dans un état déplorables, surtout deux d'entre eux.
C'est dommage car l'appartement est situé au calme.

Merci pour votre retour. Nous rentrons d'inspection. de fait l'immeuble est propre et l'appartement a été rénové, même si le style reste vieillot. Des alèses neuves ont été fournies pour les matelas. mais de fait les matelas seront changés pour la prochaine saison.

propreté de l’appartement à revoir
bonjour, le logement est bien situé au pied des pistes mais quel dommage quant au nettoyage! après 8 h de route il a fallu refaire le nettoyage : banquettes moisies , couette et alèse avec sang , poils, tâches…vaisselle avec aliment restes dans la poêle , café et filtre dans la cafetière , 1 plaque de cuisson sur 2 fonctionnait , frigo non nettoyé …Nous espérons avoir un dédommagement suite aux frais occasionnés laverie …Cordialement stéphanie

L'agence corrobore en partie vos doléances notamment sur la vaisselle (qui aurait due être nickel) et une des alèses . Elle me confirme avoir fait le ménage le samedi matin en respectant le protocole. (vidéo à l'appui). Elle m'a avoué que l'alèse mise en photo était sur le lit enfant (en haut) , ce n'est pas une excuse mais comme vous le saviez c'est une nouvelle location - vous étiez la première hote de cette saison (d'ou la remise accordée aux 3 premiers locataires). Quoiqu'il en soit je vous propose une remise immédiate de 50 euros ou un avoir de 100 euros sur votre future location le cas échéant. A noter, les alèses ont été entièrement relavées et la panne de la plaque prise en compte.
