This 4 bedroom + loft / 3 bathroom home on a dead-end street has everything you need to fully relax and enjoy Arizona. Upper level: Master with loft (has sleeper sofa). Downstairs: 2 bedrooms and full bath on one side of the home. 4th bedroom with attached en-suite on other side of home. We have a full-size washer and dryer, a kitchen stocked with the necessities, multiple TVs, 2 car garage parking, backyard with pool, BBQ, fire pit, putting green, pool / ping pong table..... and the list goes on! Saltwater pool is HEATED for a small extra charge per night.

You'll find this impeccably appointed home on an acre+ lot nestled in the mountains bordering Usery Mountain Regional Park and 3 million acres of Tonto National Forest. No better way to experience Arizona than to be adjacent to the National Forest in an exclusive custom home community! Saguaros, succulents, mesquite trees, and more will truly provide you the full desert experience!

No street lights or through traffic to distract you from wrapping yourself in the night's sky under the stars to experience the universe. Immersed in nature, you'll be serenaded by coyotes and local birds. Sometimes quail will follow you around! Maybe you'll get lucky and spot a javelina or bobcat - we've had one relaxing in our driveway!

Enjoy the beauty of Saguaro cacti and views of Superstition Mountain in the distance. Get on a bike and take a short ride to the sprawling national forest trails or jump in a car and be at the salt river in less than 15 min, Saguaro lake in 20 min, or in just a few minutes drive you'll be at the 202 and US60 freeways to get anywhere in the valley quickly.

Please note: the fully detached guest house is rented. They have their own parking and their own separate backyard. No shared spaces.

This is our main home. Although intimate gatherings with the guests included on the reservation are OK, this is NOT a party house. We will not tolerate loud noises, disturbances to our neighbors, or damage to our home. Please treat our home as your own. If you have questions about what is/isn't allowed, please reach out!

Spring break in Mesa

Adobe Estate was exactly as advertised. It is a beautiful home with many amenities - pool, putting green, pool table, etc. The home is conveniently located near the major highways connecting Mesa to Scottsdale, Gilbert, Phoenix, and Fountain Hills. And it is an easy drive to Glendale. We highly recommend this home and hope to return again someday.

We had the best time staying here! Not only was the home impeccable, but the outdoor space was unmatched! Traveling with 5 kiddos, there was something for everyone - putting green, yard for games, trampoline, play-set, pool table, and the pool being the highlight! It was the perfect space to allow for relaxation in the sun! Location was also great - out of the way enough to allow beautiful scenery, but close enough to the action to accommodate activities. My kids are still talking about this house! Highly recommend to any families looking for a great place to stay!

Spending a Week with the Grandkids.

Our host was perfectly gracious and easy to communicate with. The family had plenty of room to stretch out and plenty of things to do. Comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen, and all the necessities provided. Close enough and convenient to everything we need, yet quiet rural country atmosphere. Will definitely will stay here again!!

Absolutely loved this property! We brought our family and there was something for everyone. The backyard is an oasis with fun for all ages. Owners were extremely helpful and we will definitely be coming back.
