Welcome to St. Augustines Retreat at Kutzky Park Mayo Clinic ❤️. The coziest home in Rochester - clean, comfortable, classy, and affordable. Located in the prestigious Kutzky Park neighborhood, the home is walking distance from the Mayo Clinic, St. Mary’s Hospital, and downtown Rochester including several of the city’s best restaurants and grocery stores.

Garage parking available.

Smart tv (guests must use own accounts—no cable Tv). Fast WiFi.
The kitchen is equipped with everything needed to prepare a home cooked meal. There is a cozy dining room to enjoy meals as a family. Bedrooms and bathroom are located on the main level of the home.
Washer and dryer are located in the basement.

The home is a duplex. St. Augustine’s Retreat is the main level space. You may occasionally hear noise/footsteps of upstairs guests. Do not book if you are sensitive to footstep noise.
*Quiet hours are 8pm -8am

We provide soap, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, etc to get you started, you may need to purchase more depending on specific needs and the length of your stay.

No cable tv. Smart tv provided for your own account use.

*In effort to keep costs down we do not throw out items based on a stain. We use our best discretion and strive to give you a clean and cozy home at affordable rates.

**We operate a share cabinet. We leave pantry and fridge/freezer items that we believe the next guest may enjoy and could use.

Comfortable Stay

My mom and I spent a little less then a week here. The kitchen had everything we needed, so we were able to eat most our meals there. The house was comfortable, clean and in a great neighborhood. Half way through our stay, guests arrived and stayed in the unit above us. Them walking was extremely loud, which did affect our sleep. The unit was definitely a 5 star but our experience would be 4 star due to being able to hear every footstep from the unit above.

Nice place nice host!

Denise was very nice to deal with. located close enough to mayo to walk if so felt like it. Awesome communication. Definitely will stay there again.

Mayo clinic visit

We needed a place to stay overnight for an appointment for my mom at mayo clinic. The house was perfect! It would be great for an extended stay. I would definitely stay here again!
