Perfect

This apartment has everything needed for a short term stay in Rochester. The location is close to stores, restaurants and Mayo. The unit was clean and updated. The in unit washer/dryer and small balcony were a nice bonus.

Quality VRBO

Wonderful neighborhood. Clean VRBO. Close to Mayo for medical appointments. Great communication with host. Would recommend this VRBO to others.

Very Nice

Great location, clean, comfortable, although the picture does not reflect the furniture in place. We loved the area and the building is nice and clean and, most importantly, dog friendly. I would highly recommend this place. The only thing we did not like was the kitchen utensils and pans. They were old and scratched and knives and forks old silver-not properly cleaned so looked blackish, like badly cared for silver is. Despite we loved our stay and recommend the owner and the place. Great, great park and lake just nearby . The nearby brewery and the food tracks are a hit!
