Main room with living room (2.94 x 5.46) with TV opening onto the terrace overlooking the golf course. Kitchen area: fridge-freezer, 4-burner induction hob, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, washing machine and dryer.
Bedroom (2.84 x 2.83) opening onto the street facade: 2 beds 80 close together (only one duvet). Adjoining shower room (2.17 x 0.90): shower and sink. Suspended WC with washbasin.
In the garden, a rack to park bicycles.
Very comfortable and very well equipped apartment in a quiet and sought after area. Ideal for a couple.
