Welcome to the Country Nest, the ideal vacation home from which to enjoy all that Lancaster County, Pennsylvania has to offer, including nearby Bird-in-Hand, Strasburg, New Holland, Sight and Sound, the Outlets, Dutch Wonderland, Spooky Nook Sports, downtown Lancaster and more! Set in the idyllic town of Intercourse, this warm, spacious vacation rental has plenty of room for large groups and families. Find the freedom and space you need to make your get-away a great one.
You'll find all the comforts of home at the Country Nest! The fully-equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking a meal for the whole family. Complimentary coffee and tea are provided. There is a sitting room right inside the door, as well as a large living room to fit the whole group, equipped with a large TV (Netflix included )Games and puzzles are provided for a relaxing night in. The front porch is a great place to relax with a cup of joe and watch horse-and-buggies trot by. The small, private backyard allows space for outside activities, fire pit and gas grill available for use.

The location of this property is wonderful! Everywhere we went it was under 20 minutes to get there and many places only 5 minutes. The house is well laid out and has plenty of room. And it’s pet friendly. We loved sitting on the front porch with our coffee and watching the Amish horse and buggies. Highly recommend!

Overall the house is clean and bathrooms are nice but the refrigerator isn’t. It needs to be cleaned especially frozen area.We enjoyed our stay!!

The check in progress was very easy and I was very happy that they were able to accommodate an early check in too! The house is incredibly inviting and exactly what you see in line. It was perfect for our 4 night stay we will be back next year!

Location! Location! Location! Beautiful home in close proximity (walking distance) to amazing shopping, (short drive) to excellent restaurants, beautiful farm views and the Sight and Sound Theater. Checking-in to the property was exceptionally smooth, the home is spacious with charming decor and the kitchen has everything to prepare and enjoy a delicious meal with those you love. The house was not clean. Hairs were on the furniture and found in the bathrooms. The water from the sink had an odor that was not too pleasing. Thankful we had bottle water for ice cubes and drinking.
