This house is perfect for your weekend getaway for bird watching, fishing, hunting, or any other outdoor activities you can dream up. All you need to bring is your outdoor gear, clothes, and food.

There is plenty of room for the entire family or your hunting party. It features 2 bedrooms (2 Full Beds & Futon) and 1 bath downstairs, 3 bedrooms upstairs (2 Full beds and 3 Twin beds, and a toilet in the basement. More than enough room to sleep 8 comfortably. Also a spacious garage for all of you outdoor gear.

We are a group of duck hunters and this place is perfect for our trip to north dakota. Has was setup perfectly and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Scott was an excellent host and communicates flawlessly

Ice fishing trip

Excellent location. Close to major highway- made travel easy. House was clean and perfect for our ice fishing group. Will stay there again.

Work Week

We stayed at the big Gun property as it was in the region our family has a farm. The accommodations were clean and good. The upstairs gets quite hot and the cable TV was not functioning. I certainly would recommend this property to others.

We are a group of friends that love the outdoors. After coming to Medina, ND for several years we decided it was time to make it our home away from home. Yes we could have purchased some where closer to home but there was no where we found that offered what this little town and state has to offer. We are avid waterfowl hunters and loved the area and abundance of wildlife.

This house was purchased so that we can share that love with friends and family for years to come.

Why they chose this property

This house is in the middle of the small town of Medina, ND and is convenient for all outdoor adventures. When searching for a house to buy this one seemed to jump out as the perfect one. It is close to the café, bakery, meat market, and has great neighbors.

What makes this property unique

Small yet spacious house has plenty of room for the entire family. This house is perfect for our families to gather during the fall hunting seasons or for fishing in the spring and summer.
