Come experience what it's like to live in a tiny house! Our home has a full kitchen stocked with dishes and cookware. We supply linens and bathroom towels as well. Downstairs there is 1 bedroom with a queen size bed and upstairs in the loft (bedroom 2) there are 2 double beds. Kids love the loft area with its 4ft ceilings, they feel so tall. Enjoy a meal or drink on the front porch gazing at the spectacular view of the hill country while watching for wildlife (fox, deer, birds). Sit by the firepit and gaze at the stars, throw some discs in the disc golf basket, play cornhole or simply just relax.

1/4 mi to view the lake & 1.1-3.6mi to swim in lake. Walk or ride bike across the dam aprox. 1.1 mi (you can also drive around) to Overlook Park for a swim.

Our tiny house accommodates 4 adults (age 13+) or 6 guests including smaller kids

We are 1/4 mile from the Dam walking path entrance. Walk or ride your bike across the dam to Overlook Park for a swim about 1.1 mile start to finish. Boat Ramp #17: 1.2 mi, Jacob's Creek Park 1.6 mi; Overlook Park 3 mi drive or 1.2 mi walk; Guadalupe Horseshoe & Whitewater Amphitheater 4 mi; Canyon Lake Marina 4 mi; Schlitterbahn 18 mi. Great home base for day trips to Gruene (20 mins), Wimberly (20 mins), San Marcos (30 mins), Austin, San Antonio, Fredericksburg, Marble Falls, Pedernales Falls, and Krause Spring. Checkout our family favorite restaurants at Canyon City Grill for the best burger, Italian Garden for great Pizza and Italian cuisine and Granny D's for breakfast.

The health and safety of our guests is paramount. Cleanliness and disinfection are a top priority. If you have any questions or concerns in advance or during your stay, we will be here to help. This home is not recommended for those with kids under 3. Entering the loft there is no railing on the left side of the top stair step which may pose a risk to toddlers.

During your stay you will have access to the entire tiny house & fire pit just for tiny house guests, a private driveway after you enter the shared gate, and about 1 acre of land. The only areas shared are the entrance gate, disc golf basket, & remaining property acreage not designated to the other home. If you wish to use the swing set in the main house yard, just ask so we can ask the main house guests for access.

At any point in time, feel free to contact us. We typically respond very promptly. However, we may be working and will get back to you asap.

We do have a couple of cameras on the property. There is a camera that views the property's driveway and a video doorbell. We take the privacy of our guests very seriously. No cameras are located/view inside the home.

When the burn ban is ON firepit unavailabile

This is a tiny home with a 20 gallon water heater.

We kindly ask that all potential guests read the House Rules and Rental Agreement prior to booking. Proof of age or identity may be required. Maximum stay is 14 days unless pre-approved by Host and background check may be required. Additional cleaning fee may be required for stays 7+ days.
