Quaint, private and personal studio apartment in the heart of Center City. Fully stocked it’s all amenities and ready for your arrival. Walk outside and enjoy the experience of being conveniently located to everything that makes Philly such a great city to visit.
There is no elevator in this building. This apt is on the 4th floor.
The community coin operated washer and dryer are located on the lower basement level.

This is my favorite neighborhood. Penn medicine and the theater district are all nearby. There are so many places to eat and enjoy in the area. Plus you can literally everywhere that is a tourist and points of interest. The fashion district is nearby only a 5 minute walk and the subway is also only 5-7 mins away on market street. There are over 50 places to eat in this neighborhood with many diverse choices. This apt is a perfect escape for a short or long term stay. Parking is a bit tough since we are so centrally located but with some luck you will find a spot.
You have the apt privately to yourself.
This is a nice clean and personal private apartment in the heart of center city Philadelphia. The apartment is fully stocked with all home amenities flat screen smart tv Netflix and Hulu ready. Full size comfortable bed with soft quilts, a dining area where you can enjoy a nice meal or set up your laptop to work.

Full Bathroom with stand up shower. Full Kitchen, stove, oven, Fridge and freezer, pots and pans. And all cooking an eating utensils. We he have a comfortable couch that sits 2 and is a good place rest and relax.

There is a coin operated washer and dryer in the basement area for all our guests which you can access 24/7. And if you find a spot there is free overnight street parking.
You can walk everywhere. Or take the subway on broad st as well on 11th and market. Ubers and Lyft Are all nearby.

Great stay

The location and apartment was a good stay for the price we paid. The only issue we ran into was the lock to get into the building was hard to open.. the manager replied promptly which was great but the issue may have been the key which was not fixed. Not a huge deal as we had the patience to get in each time but it was a little bit annoying.

Great location

Everything was great. Loved that we could walk everywhere. The bed was not the best but for a VRBO it was fine. Host was always available to answer my questions and overall had a great experience.

Not enjoyable stay

Terrible experience at this property for multiple reasons. It was a four floor walk up which was not disclosed until an hour before. The property was smaller than advertised and was not comfortable. Terrible mattress as well.
