The location is great. The apartment was just right for our family and especially our puppy. There's a great park just a block away. There are shops and restaurants nearby. We were very happy with everything.
The apartment is relatively new and was nice and adequate for two adults. Parking underneath the building was a plus as was the gym. There is a very pleasant lounge and outdoor deck on the 5th floor. The building location was safe, although we walked only during daylight hours. There is a lack of restaurants within a one mile walking radius. The other tenants in the building were consistently friendly and we had no issues with mail and package deliveries. The ONLY serious issue was with the weak wifi service within the unit. Periodically it simply did not function, pretty challenging these days to get by without tv and internet access. Many times it functioned but with long “spinning” time delays and loss of access. The host was very responsive and friendly with other minor issues we had, but indicated that there was nothing that could be done about the weak wifi within the unit. Of note, the wifi worked well in the 5th floor lounge (same network).
