Penn school buses are parked downstairs and campus police patrol 24 hours a day.
A comfortable one-bedroom unit with a private bathroom, a small living room, and a compact kitchen, conveniently located on the edge of the UPenn campus. The kitchen comes equipped with an induction cooktop, mini fridge, microwave, and all essential cookware and tableware.

Everything you need for a short stay. Plenty of space. Clean and cozy apartment. Separate bedroom, sitting room/kitchenette and bathroom with shower. Host provided kettle, microwave and induction stove. Reasonably quiet neighborhood and conveniently close to grocery store. Could hear upstairs guests only briefly. Comfortable bed, clean linen and towels.

The property itself is decent and convenient, but I have to say it wasn’t as clean or comfortable as I would’ve liked. As far as I can tell the windows didn’t open which caused a stiff feeling in the air. There’s only one sink for the bathroom and kitchenette so be mindful. I’d suggest bringing some form of entertainment as there’s no tv. shower curtain had mildew or grime, and since the property was on the first floor we had some instances with centipedes from the basement crawling into the apartment. The layout itself is okay just wish there were two separate sinks for washing dishes. It’s a quite small apartment. However the surrounding area is nice, with plenty of food options and markets nearby. This place is okay if you don’t plan on being indoors much and just need a place to stay in between activities but does not carry enough of the essence of a comfortable home to recommend for a long stay.
