This place not bad for the price and area. Super convenient to access the rest of the city. Stayed 4 days for concert at the Linc. Most everything provided, no towels so bring those and personal toiletries. Check in was all remote with an email. Best check in experience ever so easy and fast. Would stay again.

This is a quaint quiet block. It’s a hidden gem in south philly. Most of neighbors have been there for a long time and care about their homes and community.

What makes this property unique

It contains two semi identical units with an outdoor porch. My guests really enjoy the studio. It’s conveniently 12 minutes from the airport and the stadiums.
