My spouse and I enjoyed our stay. The space was immaculately clean and conveniently located. Check in was a breeze, and all instructions were thorough and provided in advance of our arrival. Parking on 9th street was easy to find and close to the unit. The bed was comfortable. We didn’t need heat or AC, but the unit had both options along with a powerful ceiling fan. The clothes cabinet was spacious and there were plenty of outlets, etc. I would stay here again.

This studio was perfect for my husband and I on a long weekend trip to Philly. I can't say enough good things about our stay. -The room was very clean and fresh, the pictures display it perfectly.-We drove and were worried about parking, but we were able to get a spot on the side street very easily.-We were short ubers away from the convention center and historical area of the city. We also walked about a half a mile to the subway and took the B to the stadium area (only 3 stops away and very quick). Walking distance to Genos & Pats Cheesesteaks and we had breakfast at the Good Hatch also walking distance.-Communication with the hosts was excellent, not only did they utilize the VRBO app, they texted me directly to make sure all was well.-I also felt very safe here, the neighborhood was very calm, seems like a lot of other rentals and was very quiet. And there is a coded lock pad on the main door, and then when you walk into the hallway, another lock pad on the apartment door. -We also were able to doordash food very easily, as the outside step is well lit and easily accessible (rather than like at a hotel or appartment building)Overall, We have stayed at 3 different VRBOs around Philly and this is the one I will be looking to stay again at next year. Thank you for having us and for making everything so seamless!!! (Not every host does)
