About this property

Private entrance with a key-pad lock. CONTACTLESS CHECK-IN for our Newly Constructed Studio Apartment/Guest Suite with Private Outdoor
Space. Modern Kitchen with Quartz countertops, LG Mircrowave, LG refrigerator, and LG W/D. Casper Queen Bed. Spa like bathroom with Illuminated mirror, comfort height toilet, and Delta Raincan shower. Philips lights throughout apartment and bathroom which can be controlled with the WiZ V2 app to suit your needs and reflect your mood. Security camera outside guest suite door. The Silva Domus Guest Suite is part of our house. Please note that our home is older, excluding our guest suite and MB above, and that you may hear others in the house during the daytime. The Outdoor Space is comprised of a newly constructed paver walkway which leads to a privacy gate and on to a Private Paver Patio with seating for two.

Our neighborhood enjoys the Eagle Rock Reservation where you have hiking trails and an Overlook of NYC. You will see deer walking down our street and also have an unobstructed dazzling night time view of Manhattan! If you are adventurous you can take the walk-path beginning from Mountain Ave where it meets Eagle Rock Ave all the way to Whole Foods. Quiet, safe, neighborhood, with nearby train stations to NYC.
