This cozy home features everything you need in a compact footprint, a comfortable queen bed, a full bathroom, and a well-equipped kitchenette perfect for your weekend getaway or extended stay.

Escape the northern snow and spend your winter season on constant-level Lake LBJ! We love hosting Winter Texans, and discounts are available for weekly and monthly stays.

Find your pace by the lake in Cozy Cabins! Tucked along the shoreline of lake LBJ, Cozy Cabins and open waters set the scene for slow mornings, and easy day filed with swimming, boating, all come together effortlessly.

Located at RV Spot 5, this tiny home offers easy access to all of Valentine Lakeside’s shared amenities, including the pool, picnic areas, BBQ grills, and the scenic shores of Lake LBJ. It’s the ideal spot for couples, solo travelers, or small families looking for a peaceful escape in the Texas Hill Country.

The pool’s closed from November to March, but there’s plenty more to enjoy nearby.

Location Perk: The Tiny House sits in RV Spot 5, offering easy access to the lake and community amenities while providing a cozy, private space to unwind after a day of swimming, boating, or exploring Kingsland.

✔ Dogs must remain leashed and cleaned up after

✔ Unauthorized pets will result in a $250 cleaning fee
✔ Service animals (as defined by ADA) always permitted without fee
✔ Emotional support animals are considered pets and follow the same policy

Cleaning & Housekeeping
✔ Cleaning fee: $50 per stay
✔ Additional fees apply for excessive cleaning or damages
✔ Complimentary towel and trash service for stays over 5 nights (upon request)
✔ Full housekeeping available for an additional fee

Parking
✔ One parking space included at RV Spot 5
✔ Additional vehicles require prior approval and are $10/day
✔ Boat trailers must be parked in the designated field by the road
✔ No parking on grass or non-designated areas

Check-In & Check-Out
✔ Check-In: 3:00 PM or later (virtual check-in — keys waiting inside your casita)
✔ Check-Out: 11:00 AM
✔ Early check-in or late check-out available with prior approval
 ($50 for noon checkout or ½ nightly rate until 5 PM)
