In a fully enclosed 4-hectare estate, Villa Ombrone was renovated in 2021/22 in a resolutely contemporary style. Its 160 m2 and three bedrooms/bathrooms comfortably accommodate 6 people. Swimming pool, kitchen and outdoor dining area, terraces and gardens overlook the immense Ombrone valley. Powered by solar energy, equipped with an underfloor heating and/or cooling system and air conditioning, an electric charging station for cars, Villa Ombrone produces more energy than it consumes. With its living room around a fireplace, its equipped fitness area, its sauna and an office with high-speed internet, it allows comfortable stays all year round. The charming town of Grosseto is 15 km away, the beaches are 20 km away and the Amiata ski resort is 50 km away. 4 golf courses nearby will delight golfers.
To allow you to enjoy the place as soon as you arrive, a welcome meal will be ready in your kitchen for the first evening as well as breakfast the next morning.
RESERVATIONS: During the summer (beginning of June to the end of September) stays are for a minimum of one week (from Saturday to Saturday). The rest of the year stays are for a minimum of 4 nights. A 10% discount is applied for stays of two weeks. Long-term rental out of season possible.

We had a wonderful time in this fantastic villa in the Maremma, near Grosseto. The villa is even more beautiful in reality than in the pictures - which is really rare!Despite our very late arrival, we were warmly and understandingly welcomed by the hosts Muriel and Philippe. A lovingly prepared dinner with drinks of all kinds was already waiting in the refrigerator, and also for breakfast everything was thought of.The house itself leaves nothing to be desired – it feels like “coming home”. You can see in every detail that here was planned with a lot of heart and mind, both in terms of architecture and the practical things of everyday life.The saltwater pool is ideal for families and also well protected. The barbecue area is also beautifully designed and invites you to cozy evenings.Muriel and Philippe treated us not like guests, but like friends. We had unconditional freedoms, and they were available to us day and night, always with heart and openness. A very special experience was the excursion with Philippe to his olive groves and the visit of the oil mill, where he produces his own extraordinarily good olive oil.The panoramic view from the house is balm for the soul. An all-round perfect stay - we will definitely come back!

As former French tourists in Italy we know what is to be expected when one rent a house in a foreign country! We also enjoyed the very friendly moments we had together in the olive fields and at the oil mill.
