Authentic chalet in the heart of Serre Chevalier, 300 meters from the slopes

Welcome to La Réguisane, an authentic Alpine chalet surrounded by greenery in the heart of the village of Chantemerle.

Just 300 metres from the activities at the Serre Chevalier resort, you’ll find everything you need within a 5-minute walk: shops, a pharmacy, rental services... as well as a wide range of winter and summer recreational activities: skiing/snowboarding, ski lifts, natural swimming, rafting, paragliding, hiking, mountain biking...
Briançon and its SNCF train station are a 10-minute drive away and are regularly served by shuttle buses.

Facing due south, the chalet envelops you in a cocoon of tranquility and greenery.
La Réguisane is the perfect place to unwind, enjoy the mountains and the activities available to you, or lounge on the terrace in the sun or on a deck chair in the garden, then come back to snuggle by the fire when evening falls.

On the ground floor, you’ll find the living room with the dining table and two armchairs near the wood-burning stove. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, an induction cooktop, an electric oven, a microwave, a toaster, an electric kettle, two Italian coffee makers, and everything you need for cooking. The apartment also includes a raclette machine and a fondue pot.
The bathroom and toilet are separate; a bedroom with two single beds opens directly onto the south-facing terrace.
Upstairs, you’ll find a large mezzanine open to the living room, featuring a double bed, a pull-out bed, and a TV area.
